Welcome to the Village at Bear Trap Dunes, Resort and Golf Club! You just made the right choice. Bear Trap Dunes is a full service resort community located in Ocean View, two and a half miles from the center of Bethany Beach.
The resort facilities include a 27 holes championship golf course; a driving range; a fully licensed club house with a restaurant; outdoor and indoor swimming pools with a hot tub and a sauna; tennis courts; and a fully-equipped fitness center.
Our home is located at the Heart of Bear Trap Dunes which is the Village Green, where you can find the Amphitheater on one end, just in front of our house and The Club House (a fully-stocked golf pro shop) and The Den at the other end (a World Class Restaurant with fine and casual dining and bar), behind which are the golf courses.
The Pavilion containing the non-golfing facilities is a short walk along a path leading from The Village Green, where you’ll be able to enjoy two outdoor Olympic pools with ample tiered seating, kiddy pools, one indoor pool open all year long, playroom for children, hot tub, two sauna rooms, seven tennis courts, fully-equipped Fitness center, free internet access, a community center, and child care. Bethany Beach is just a shuttle bus ride away!
Our location is central to Rehoboth, Dewey Beach, and Ocean City. Our brand new built and fully furnished "platinum rated" vacation home has been appointed to make your vacation memorable and enjoyable. With a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and a powder room on the first level, your family and friends can relax as you prepare a gourmet meal. If grilling is your passion, an outdoor gas grill is waiting for you in the detached garage. If you want to go out to eat, you have plenty of choices in town, or a few minutes away on Fenwick Island, Ocean City, Dewey or Rehoboth Beach.
Our home has two master bedroom suits, each with king-size beds, walk-in closets and tiled private master bathrooms furnished with soaking tubs and showers. The mattresses and bedding were chosen for comfort and will wrap you in luxury. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and a fourth has four bunkbeds that your kids or youngsters will love. These rooms share a full-size bathroom. Also, we have two foldable beds if want to accommodate two more people. We also have the lower level available for you, where you will be able to enjoy the play room with a pool table, and watch HDTV on our 42" wall mounted plasma TV. The play room has a love seat and a sofa-bed, which could sleep two more people if needed. On the lower level, as well, we count with another bedroom with two twin size beds and a full size bathroom.
The back entrance to the house opens to a small garden where you can barbecue using the gas grill that's stored in the garage just next to it. Immediately behind the garage is the golf club's driving range, just steps away from the house. Jump out of the house and start swinging your clubs right in your back yard.
Greens fees are required to use the golfing facilities. There is a small per person pavilion facilities charge required for all renters that you may obtain at the pavilion. Weekly and nightly rentals are available. No Smoking and No Pets, Please. Check-in Saturday through Saturday for Weekly Rentals. Reservation Deposit is required at time of booking. $1000 Refundable Security Deposit is required at the time of full payment reimbursable not later than thirty days after rental is finished. $140 fee for cleaning and linen supplies is required for three or less nights rental's. Holiday weekends will be charged as a 3 night stay minimum. Additional 4% fee will be added to credit card charges. We look forward to you being our guest.

We've stayed here the same weekend every year for the past 6 years. It's a great location and a nice house. Plenty of amenities and Ernesto is great to work with. We look forward to staying here in the future.

Chose this house for for a guy's golfing weekend. The house was extremely convenient if you are playing at Bear Trap Dunes - it is a walk to the clubhouse and the range. Make sure to book tee times way in advance though - they fill up quick. The location is also good for other nearby courses. Did not go to the Bethany Beach, but it is very close. We did head up to Dewey Beach for some nightlife which was just a short drive as well. House is a good size, has most everything your need for your stay, and the owner is very responsive.

Rented this house for an 8 guy golf trip. House is in a great location with a driving range right outside the back door and golf course just steps away. Owner was more than accomodating when we had to switch weekends due to weather. Beautiful house with a spacious lower level and pool table and more than enough beds to accomodate 8 guys. This is the way to go for all you golf lovers.

My family and I stayed at the place over the August 4th, 2008 week and had a fantastic time. The house is walking distance to clubhouse, pool and shuttle. Trust us, the shuttle is the way to go for the beach. This house is perfect for families or golfers, course was very accomodating and challenging with 27 holes. Rooms in the house were spacious, downstairs was awesome with the pool table, widescreen tv and bathroom! Close proximity to restaurnats, bars and shopping.
