This ground floor unit includes 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (one bedroom/1 full bath on main floor) and is located on Singles Crt just steps to the marketplace and 2 blocks to the private beach We are located within the tennis community of Sea Colony resort in the town of Bethany Beach, Delaware.
Our unit was freshly painted and professionally decorated in 2011. All beds, bedding, couches, art work and televisions are brand new. The living room has a 50' flat screen the master bedroom contains a 46' flat screen.
The Marketplace, which has a coffee shop, restaurants, bicycle rental store and a pizzeria are steps away.
All Sea Colony guests over the age of 4 are required to pay a Recreational Association fee of $40 per person per week (as of January 1, 2013) if they wish to use the private beach and other resort facilities during their stay. This entitles you to use of all Sea Colony facilities. and 2 parking passes for the week
All renters must supply their own linens and towels. or they can be supplied for an additional fee

Why the Owner Chose Sea Colony:
Sea Colony provides a great environment for families of all ages. From the annual Fourth of July Parade and the 1/2 mile of private beach nothing beats a week at this relaxing resort. There is truly something for everyone available here. You can simply park the car for the week and walk to the beach & restaurants or if you prefer you can take a ride to Ocean City, Maryland (5 miles) or to Assateague Island where you can see some of the hundreds of wild horses there.
