Orlando Sunshine Vacation Villa is an exceptionally private and clean 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation rental home in an exclusive gated community with a large south west facing pool, no rear neighbors, and amazing games room; and it's located just 12 minutes from Walt Disney World.
The villa is available for short-term rentals to families and groups of up to 10 people. You can stay in our vacation rental home for as little as 3 nights, but with it's hard to find amenities, you'll probably want to stay longer! You'll stay in the comfort of a 4 bedroom (2 master suites!), 3 bathroom spectacular pool home in a beautiful, secure gated community surrounded by orange groves. The villa features:

Our Disney vacation rental pool home offers you all the comforts of home, but you'll definitely feel on holiday! It is professionally maintained by local property managers who are available to help ensure your stay is pleasant. The cleaning staff fully prepares the villa for your arrival and you'll find fresh linens and towels just as you would in a fine hotel.
The pool, lawns and gardens of the home are also professionally maintained to extremely high standards. You can expect the home to be exceptionally clean and well-prepared for your stay.
ABSOLUTELY IDEAL LOCATION:
The spectacular, SOUTH-WEST FACING PRIVATE POOL AREA will likely be the centre of your activities at the villa. With it's premium pie-shaped corner lot, southwest exposure and open space behind, you get all day sun on the pool (from mid-morning right until sunset). You also get unobstructed sunset views and plenty of privacy with no rear neighbors.
Ours is the ideal direction for a pool home to be located for maximum sunshine on the pool, and the fact that you won't feel watched by rear neighbours makes our vacation home's property location absolutely ideal - and quite rare.
THERE'S LOTS TO ENTERTAIN YOUR FAMILY:
Our villa is exceptionally well-equipped so there's lots to entertain your family or group. In the great room, there's a big screen high definition cable TV with DVD player and the premium cable package receives about 300 channels (digital, high definition and music), so if there are sports events or a tv show you want to keep up with, you should have no difficulty finding it here.
Three of the bedrooms also have their own personal cable TV; there's a Nintendo video game system in one of the bedrooms with plenty of games to play.
The garage has been converted into an air conditioned games room that can easily entertain a crowd with its high-quality 8' pool table, 32" flat screen tv, computer desk with multifunction printer and wifi high speed internet access, an arcade-style basketball game and an electronic darts game - all free for you to enjoy!

This was my second stay at this great vacation villa. My friends and I enjoyed a week at this VERY clean and relaxing location. The villa is meticulously maintained and located in a quiet gated neighborhood. Everything you need is within a short driving distance - shopping, restaurants, all the Orlando attractions. Best vacation rental EVER! Will be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Overall this is a very nice home! We paid for pool heat and the pool was wonderful, probably around 87 degrees! Games room was a hit with the kids, especially the basketball game! Overall a wonderful home. Highly recommended!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

This was a truly memorable stay at this lovely accommodation. The house is situated in a well presented, gated, small community. It is furnished to a high standard, is very well equipped and has plenty of living space for everyone. Outside there is a heated pool, sun loungers, tables and chairs where you can relax in the warm sunshine. This is the second time I have stayed at this property and have thoroughly enjoyed my holiday here. A car is essential. It is ideally located for easy drives to all the tourist attractions. Supermarkets and Restaurants are a few minutes drive from the house. The property has been maintained to a high standard, is very clean and I would happily recommend staying there.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our experience of this villa overall was "fantastic". Villa is exactly as shown on the photos on the web site. It is spaciou, has great facilities and was very clean. The kitchen also had everything you could possibly need if you wanted to eat at home. We all loved the pool which was great to cool off after a hectic day at the parks. Parks, shopping and eating out all nearby and easy to find. Would recommend The Chop House - a great fun place to go and good food. A great find that we will come back to someday soon. A big thanks to the owners.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

About the owner: The owners, Julie and Graham, live near Toronto, Ontario, Canada and have three boys. "We love our Orlando vacations and the great family memories the villa gives us, and we'd like your family to make your own memories there. We take pride in providing our guests with a fantastic villa experience and great memories." We're picky about cleanliness and you'll find our villa is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. We spend much more than the bare minimum on these areas because they directly affect our guest's enjoyment of the villa. As a result of our "clean" efforts, our Orlando Sunshine Vacation Villa is in unusually good condition and really is as nice as it appears. Be warned that when you're viewing photos of Orlando area vacation rental homes on the internet, it's very important to know when the photos were taken. On some web sites the photos you see were taken when the house was new (sometimes even decades ago) and those villas doesn't look nearly that good now. EVERY PHOTO of Orlando Sunshine Vacation Villa shows the date it was taken, so you can have complete confidence that the home looks just as it appears here. We searched for a vacation home in Orlando because Orlando is the number one vacation destination in the world. This area has many theme parks and attractions, and is near several of the best beaches in the world.
Of all the homes we looked at, this one clearly stood out because of its ideal location, the meticulously maintained gated community, the pristine condition of the home, and the ultimate south west facing pool with no rear neighbours - a very rare feature!

The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
Our Orlando Sunshine Vacation Villa is on a premium pie-shaped corner lot so neighbours at the side are not too close, and it backs onto open space so there are no neighbours behind to restrict your privacy.
This direction also gives the pool full sunshine pretty much from mid-morning until sunset (you'll have a great view of the sunset since the view is completely open to the west). The direction of the pool is important in these villas because if the pool faces north, for example, the villa and neighboring villas will block the sunshine on the pool - and a sunny, warm and private pool like ours is definitely preferred.
Unlike other vacation home communities which may have many poorly maintained properties, where grass is not cut or watered and the whole area is in decay; the street and homes in our community are all incredibly well kept and there's no nasty surprises in the environment as you're approaching the villa - it's an absolutely beautiful location and you'll feel good arriving at it.
The small gated community was built in 2003/2004, and is very unusual in how small it really is - there is only one street that loops around, and has just 35 homes. It's got to be the smallest gated community in the Orlando area. In many gated communities, there are dozens of streets and literally hundreds of homes - there are far too many people about to really give you the seclusion and privacy a gated community should provide. Do you really want to stay in a resort community and share a community pool with hundreds of other vacationers. Our villa gives you an exceptionally private pool right outside your door.
