We had an enjoyable time and this condo was very comfortable for our family of 6. The three bedrooms (king, queen, and two twins) were very roomy. The condo was nice and quiet and so much better than staying in a hotel. It was located close to Seaworld and a 10 minute drive to Disney. The grocery was right around the corner. Jeff was very easy to work with and quick to answer our questions. We would recommend this condo to our friends and family.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Our family was thrilled with this location, complex, and convenience to food, shopping and all of Orlando's attractions. The three bedroom set-up was fine for us as all of our kids got to "pick their own spot!" We enjoyed the kitchen and family areas as well as the convenience of the washer and dryer! Our Vista Cay stay was fabulous! Our family of four, 2 adults, 10 year old and 6 year old, felt right at home the minute we arrived. The condo was clean, spacious and very cozy. It had everything we needed for week stay and then some! The location was just perfect since we headed to Typhoon Lagoon (15 min drive), Legoland (50 min drive) and Downtown Disney (15 min drive). Plus the shops, movie theater and plenty of restaurants down on International Drive was only a 5 minute car ride. The local grocery store, Publix, and pizza place, NYPD, were awesome and within walking distance so it was easy to "eat in" or go out. The spacious kitchen and breakfast bar made meals "in" super easy and had every tool/appliance you would need. On the days we didn't "travel" we enjoyed the gorgeous pool (loved the kid's pool party), walks around the grounds/pond and relaxed in our home away from home. The condo had comfortable furnishings, plenty of space for everyone and a patio up front to relax outdoors as well. Pool toys and towels that were provided made it easy to spend the day or just an hour at the club pool and there were always new people/kids to meet. The hot tub was fabulous and there were always open chairs around the pool so you could pick a more secluded spot or one right up front to keep track of kids. We would definately recommend it to friends/family and will rebook it ourselves for your next vacation to Orlando! Clean and beautiful. Very quiet and was able to catch up on my rest! Close to everything we wanted to do. Recommend to everyone if you want to be close to all attractions and great places to eat.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Thank you for a wonderful trip. We were in Orlando mainly for business and it was great to be able to come back to a comfortable and clean "home" after a long day at a trade show and in meetings. We recommend this condo to anyone who visiting the area. Plan to be back in 4 years with the family for a Disney vacation and will check out this condo at that time. This condo exceeded our expectations! We rented it for our wedding weekend for our family to stay and a place to gather. It was LARGE AND SPACIOUS!! We had more than enough room for people to hang out and relax. 6 people comfortably slept in the condo, but most of the time we had 12 people during the day & evening hanging out. YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER BANG FOR YOUR BUCK!! Jeff (owner) is great with communication and answers any questions. We (and our family) were beyond impressed with how big the condo is! You truly feel like you're in the lap of luxury! We would NOT hesitate to stay here again! I would highly recomend this property and give it a 6 star rating. The master bed and bath were amazing with lots and lots of room. The pictures did not give the condo justice. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone, but I would bring my own washclothes as the unit did not have any.Owner response: Thank you for the great review. I just learned from a recent review that all the wash clothes have disappeared. We will re-stock them immediately.

We enjoyed staying here! The condo was spacious and the furniture was comfortable. It was very convenient to Universal Studios and the grocery store. The condo was mostly clean but there were dishes and silverware that were in the cabinet that were clearly dirty but we chalked it up to the previous renter not following the rules for checkout. There were also not any washcloths in the towel cabinet which we thought was strange...but, whatever. We would definitely rent this condo again but will remember to bring paper towels, coffee filters, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, and garbage bags as they were not something we thought about. The parking lot light shines VERY brightly into the master bedroom which was a problem for us. We ended up having to hang a blanket over the window so that it would be dark enough to sleep. Overall, this is a great place to stay for a reasonable price. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay (which says a lot coming from someone who was in hospitality management)! Everything was perfect from the beginning of the reservation, the staff at the club house, the condo itself, and all the accoutrements, to the follow up from Jeff to make sure everything was okay with our stay. I spent a week with my husband and 14 year old son in Orlando to enjoy the Universal Parks, visit NASA and attend the Star Wars Celebration at the Orange County Convention Center. This condominium was very spacious and clean. My sister and her 6 year old son and 14 year old nephew stayed with us for 3 days and there was plenty of room for us all to be comfortable. It was modern and had all appliances you would have at home. I have only one complaint: the air conditioner was set at 74 degrees and couldn't be changed. 74 degrees wasn't cool enough when you are out all day in 90 degrees. It was cooler in the hallway than in the unit. The ceiling fans helped, but we would have liked it cooler. I would recommend this unit to my friends and family. I would also rebook on my next visit to Orlando. The unit is very close and convenient to the parks, food store and restaraunt by car.Owner response: Thank you very much for your review. I am happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay. The thermostat is not locked and can be adjusted by the renter. Unfortunately, some renters have found the thermostat difficult to operate. As a result, I will be replacing the thermostat with a more user friendly model in the beginning of October.

This rental is absolutely beautiful and exactly as described in the listing. There were no surprises or disappointments. Spacious, clean, close to everything, great pool, beautiful surroundings. My family and I enjoyed staying in the comfort of a home and for me personally - I will never stay in a hotel room again after this experience. It was just as I had hoped it would be and the added bonus of having pool towels and tons and tons of bath towels was terrific. Having a washer and dryer was a great incentive too!! Overall, this first-time experience with Home Away was flawless and I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to visit the Orlando area. We found this lovely, spacious condo to be exactly as described on the Homeaway site. The beds were comfy, the layout convenient, and the kitchen equipment and linens more than adequate. It met all our needs and provided ample privacy for our group of six. Vista Cay is an attractive condo community, located within easy range of the Disney parks and Universal. Having an on-property drugstore and a full grocery a couple of blocks away was nice, too. The pleasant owner promptly responded to our questions and even granted a special request. Condo was as described and in excellent condition. Great location within complex with only a short walk to pool. We enjoyed the paved jogging path around the lake, the workout room and the games at the clubhouse. Very convenient to Universal, Seaworld and Disney parks. We loved everything about this condo! It truly felt like our home away from home. Condo was clean and furnished perfectly. More than enough towels for everyone and also had towels for the pool. We have rented condos many times and always bring our own pool towels because the only ones provided are small and usally all taken at the pool. We were thrilled to have large pool towels in the condo to take to the pool. Also, pool toys and floats were a nice touch that we enjoyed. One trip to the grocery store was all we needed and we were set for the week. The complex is also beautiful. We enjoyed the pool, workout center and did morning jogs along the paved 2 mile path. We hope to return to Vista Cay in the future.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

The space was very nice and plenty big! We didn't expect some of the "home type" amenities. The kids quickly found and LOVED the large box of toys which was great since we flew and didn't have room to pack many toys. The club house store was very convenient. We thought the pool was very nice. I greatly appreciated the fact that the owner actually answered his phone when I had forgotten to pack the gate/room codes print out. It was very easy to find and super close to all of the parks. Overall it was a wonderful experience! Thank you!!Recommended for: Families with young children

Absolutely beautiful!! Everything you need for a great vacation! The condo was very clean and elegant. The beds were extremely comfortable and had very high quality linens. There were tons of towels including pool towels. The pool was only a few minutes walk away and the kids loved it. There was a separate children’s pool as well for small children. It only took 5 min to get to SeaWorld and 15 to downtown Disney. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary cookware. My family stayed in this condo for a week in April and it was GREAT! The condo is exactly as described. New amenities, very clean, nicely decorated. The Vista Cay property is well-maintained and clean. The location is perfect...it's less than 3 miles to Sea World and their associated parks, and only about 15 min drive to Disney. The owner provided great customer service; any questions I had were answered right away. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this condo to any family or friends. Definitely 5 stars!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

As Florida residents with plenty of Mickey experience, my family and I can recommend this unit with confidence! The unit is cleaner than the pictures show. There was plenty of space for my family. Everything worked, getting there was easy, and the rate was so much better than staying at a hotel! I would definitely stay at this unit gain. One bit of advise - take your own shampoo, etc. as these are not provided and consider buying essentials like toilet paper at the nearby Publix because there is a limited amount - no big deal since the price is very reasonable.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

It was our first time renting a condo in orlando. We were in town for a convention...It is in a great location with great amenities..Disney and all of the parks are very close and the traffic on the access road is light. Publix is really within walking distance as well as the pizza place(with was fabulous). Very nice accomodations with great furnishings...Just like being at home!!! Would highly recommend instead of a hotel. Shingle Creek is across the street and it has a spa (which is great) and some very nice restaurants...Dont play golf but the course at Shingle Creek looks beautiful...Owner responded to all emails inquiries almost immediately which was nice...and very accomodating...You can't go wrong with is place....Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

It was a beautiful condo. I was more than impressed with everything it had to offer, especially the fully equipped kitchen. My family had such a relaxing stay there. We are definitely planning on visiting there again in the future! The owner was very available to answer any questions I had befoer and during our stay. We loved Vista Cay and this condo. This was our 1st time not staying in a hotel so we weren't sure what to expect. The condo was clean, spacious, and well decorated. It was really nice to have so much room to relax and enjoy. The complex is in a great location. It was so close to all of the attractions. I couldn't have asked for anything more. The owner was great to work with. He answered all my questions I had before and after booking. We will definitely be back.
