Nice 1,100 sq/ft villa with semi-secluded entry way deck for relaxing and ocean listening. Side/rear balcony off of enclosed porch looks out to the 9th tee. NO LAND LINE. 51 inch TV in the living area and tube style in each bedroom. Master bedroom is a king size bed, second bedroom is a queen size bed. Sofa is a pull-out queen couch.
With purchase of amenity card, access 4 pools, 36 holes, horseback riding, tennis, fitness center.

First, I would like to say that you can't find a more helpful hostess than Diane. She quickly responded to my questions while we were at Seabrook. She is upbeat and a pleasure to deal with. The condo is spacious and clean with new furniture in the living/dining rooms. The location is quiet even with the golf course at your back door. It is a very short car or bike ride to beach access. Seabrook is a beautiful island with an abundance of wildlife. We saw deer every day and a few gators sunbathing. You are just 40 minutes to Charleston. The Charleston Tea Plantation is only about 20 minutes away and definitely worth a visit. Thank you Diane and Michael for sharing your home! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
