Welcome to The Bantley House, a gorgeous 3000 sq ft luxury newly remodeled in 2008. You'll enjoy 120' of private lake frontage complete with private dock and swimming pool. House fully equipped with luxury amenities (granite counter tops, gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances, two gas fireplaces, gas grill, deck, patio and front porch).
Lakewood is a peaceful lake community minutes from convenient shopping (5 minutes to Wegman's) and 10 miles from Historic Chautauqua Instituion. Home is tasefully decorated with new furnishings including brand new Serta matresses. There are 2 master suites, one with a king and the other with a queen. All sheets and towels included.
Bask in the sun or enjoy some time in the water from the private pool and dock. You can venture to unlimited activities and day trip attractions in the area or just retreat to one of the porches to a rocking chair and a good book. The sunset from the end of the dock on a lazy summer evening will take your breath away. The Bantley House is sure to bring good times and create fond memories for your family.

Just returned from a wonderful week at this house! Loved all of it - pool, lake, location! Great house for multiple families or couples, lots to do and see is surrounding areas. Great restaurants and shopping....I would certainly recommend this property to a friend! Clean, spacious, and well maintained!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

We had a wonderful stay over 4th of July week. The home was plenty big enough for two adults and four children. The home was lovely as was the property. Kids had a wonderful time fishing from the dock and swimming in the pool! Plenty of parks close by to walk or bike to and very convenient shopping nearby. All in all, a very comfortable and relaxing stay for everyone. Would definitely recommend to anyone.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.
