  Our family of five with three small children and two sets of grandparents had a wonderful stay at "The Kings Estate". It was very spacious and pool was a hit with the children - spending many hours a day in it! The location was ideal to Disney and close to some new shopping and MANY golf courses! The house is a bit dated and needed a good yearly clean - but overall was in pretty good shape. The property manager was great to deal with booking everything and very efficient however in-person...a refresher customer service course might be helpful.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

  My family and I had a wonderful time. We grilled and spent most of our time in the heated pool. We enjoyed fishing even though we didn't catch any fish. We can't wait to come back. Robbins & Howell Family

  We stayed in your 6 bedroom rental on Pinewood Dr. We treated our workers and their spouses to a vacation....so there were a dozen of us. This home was large enough to house all of us, comfortably, with plenty of bedrooms and restrooms to accomidate us all. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect size and so was the grill on the patio. The porch was screened in, so we did not stress bugs or mosquito's, even in the evening with the lights on. Your house was very well maintained, and very comfortable beds and furnature. Your dishes and glasses were very nice as well. No paper plates here! :o) There was a dish washer too.....so no standing washing dishes on vacation either! We were EXTREMELY pleased. We will stay at a CloseToMickey property again. Ted & Rhonda p.s. You should have an "extremely pleased" instead of just positive or negative. :o)

  We had a wonderful weekend family reunion of the "girls". It was just perfect for the 8 of us to spend time catching up on each others lives. We hope to do this again next year.

  We stayed at the 6 bedroom house with jacuzzi and let me tell you, we loved the jacuzzi!!! We had a wonderful weekend and no one was waiting to use the restroom like you would in a hotel. Thanks for a great weekend..

  Thank you very much for making our stay in Orlando fun. The Robbins Rest home was wonderful and a great price. The kids loved the games and the pool. In fact, they never argued when it was time to leave the park, as they knew there was more fun stuff at home.

  Great price for a very well taken care of home. We stayed for 6 days with my family (wife and 5 children). It was close to Disney. It had more than enough room. The pool was great. Royce always answered his phone and any questions we had. It helped make our vacation to Fl the best time we have had with the family on a vacation. Thanks Royce
