Located right on Banderas Bay, this condo has spectacular views of the ocean and bay. The large outdoor patio with a gas bbq grill, patio table/chairs and hammock make it the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or tea, take an afternoon siesta in the hammock or enjoy margaritas as the sun sets. The condo size makes it very conducive to a family vacation or a friends get away. The open kitchen connects into the living room which then leads through floor to ceiling sliding doors right onto a spacious patio with views of the beach and ocean beyond. The sliding glass doors (with screens) can be opened completely to create an unlimited outdoor atmosphere to the unit. You will never be without the majestic sound of the ocean.

Beautiful spacious, fully equiped apartament with pristin small secluded beach, wonderfull garden and pool. It is so nice that we are sure to come back in the near future. This place is beautiful! It is so relaxing. My favorite place to hang out was the awesome balcony, while my daughter loved hanging out on the quiet, private beach. She would hop in the ocean to cool off and then over into the pool when she wanted to relax out of the waves. By the way, there are little beaches in front of all the condo buildings around, and you can use them as you like. The kitchen has everything you need to make breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We took the bus down to town then grabbed a taxi to take us to the grocery store for supplies (make sure you grab ice!). We would do breakfast and lunch at home, then grab a bus to town for dinner, and then either a taxi or another bus back home. The buses will pick you up right outside the condo across the street, and run about every 15 minutes. One word of caution. Make sure you don't run more than 2-3 of the air conditioners (there are four AC units) at once, and don't turn the temperature all the way down. If you turn them all on and put them on max cool, the circuit breakers will pop. The circuit breakers are in the laundry room and are clearly labeled, so it wasn't a big deal. The owners are very nice people and are quick to reply to your questions. I mailed them my check, and immediately they mailed me all the information I needed. Once we got back, the owner contacted me right away and let me know he mailed my damage deposit back to me. PV is a wonderful city, and this condo made it better.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at this outstanding beachfront property in Puerto Vallarta. This condo is beautiful! The owners have taken great pride in decorating and upgrading with new appliances, beds & furniture. The view is spectacular! It truly is a home that you really don't want to leave. The pool and beach, as well as the grounds of the condo, are meticulously kept. It was our first visit to Mexico in many years and we were pleasantly surprised with all the positive changes. We are recommending a visit to all our friends. We can't wait to return soon for another relaxing vacation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

I think I've just discovered a little bit of heaven on earth! This condo was absolutely lovely, spacious, and the view was spectacular. I loved being right on the beach, falling asleep listening to the waves each night but also loved having a nice pool as another option. The location was perfect, just a short ride to downtown to do some awesome shopping and eating. I have definitely recommended this piece of paradise to family and friends! I'm already planning a return visit, sooner than later I hope!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This was a perfect place for a little Mexican getaway. The condo was adorable: clean, comfortable and well-stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms. There is laundry and wifi right in the condo as well.The pool area was really nice and we loved that both it and the private beach were not at all crowded . You could get a lounge chair at any time of the day. The condo has a fantastic deck overlooking the ocean and pool and we enjoyed watching the sunset from there and listening to the waves crash on the beach as we fell asleep at night. The owners left many good tips on restaurants, the nearest grocery store, day excursions, how to take the bus downtown if you didn't want to drive and deal with parking, etc. It is a great place for a family that wants a week of relaxation with all the amenities of home but right on the beach!
