Brian Head condo description
Ski in Ski Out Evergreens Condo, 200ft from Chair #8 Alpen Glow and 800ft from Chair #1 Wildflower.
What makes our condo THE best condo for your vacation?
Location, Location, Location!
Our 750 Square Foot condo is in Evergreens Building 1. One of the most desirable features of our condo is the easy ski in-ski out access to both the new Chairs, #1 & #8, which means immediate access to either Navajo or Giant Steps. We have a corner unit with access to our deck right on the “Sun Spots” ski run. We are 200’ and 800’ from the lifts.
If you need anything you can easily walk to the ski resort, general store, pizza place, Starbucks coffee stand, ski/bike rental shop, Mexican food and more.
You couldn’t ask for easier parking or loading and unloading. NO STAIRS. Just pull up and unload.
We have everything you may need for a weekend or a week-long vacation year round. Our condo is loaded with amenities making it extremely comfortable for up to six people.
The bedroom hosts a Queen Size bed with 400 thread count sheets, a 20” TV with DVD player, dresser, and single French door out to the deck. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck or the evening beauty as you bbq. If it’s too cold to sit on the deck, open the curtains and watch the skiers go by. In the closet you will find a Queen Size Aero Bed with stand and plenty of pillows and bedding for everybody.
In the kitchen you will find the usual stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a full size crock pot, coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster and skillet. Lots of pots and pans as well as plenty of dishes and silverware for any meals you may make. There are basic condiments in the fridge and you can usually find sugar, coffee, tea and hot chocolate from us or previous guest. All you need is one last grocery stop in St George or Cedar City. Our theory is feel free to use what is there and leave anything you think somebody else can use that isn’t perishable. Don’t worry about trash bags, dish soap or dishwasher soap. It’s all there.
Be sure to start your crock pot meal before you leave in the morning. If you get hungry while your skiing, Ski in and grab a meal or snack from your kitchen and ski right back out after your break. Give your crock pot meal a stir when you break for lunch and enjoy your warm meal when you’re done for the day.
Our living room has a comfy sofa with a queen size sleeper. There is also a comfy chair. The 32” flat screen has cable and is great for watching any of the older classic VHS movies in our library or for watching any DVD movie you may bring. If you want a newer release, head down to Apple Annie’s and check out their rentals. There is also a nice stereo with CD player if music is more your style. Enjoy the wood burning fireplace and play some of the board games in the cabinet under the bar. You may want to bring a duralog or other type of safe fire starter to get the wood we provide started.
Our bathroom is equipped with a Shower/Tub, soft fluffy towels and a nice supply of shampoo, cream rinse, body wash, hand soap and lotion. None of those annoying hotel sample sizes either. This is our vacation home and you are our guests.
Want to relax in the spa or sauna after a day full of outdoor playing? Walk across the parking lot and enjoy tthe club house. There is also a pool table, ping pong table or foose ball. If you have large groups staying in separate condos, feel free to gather in the large common area with comfy sofas & chairs with kitchenette to play games or visit. If you have laundry needs there is a small laundry room as well.
Why Brian Head and when is the best time to come?
Brian Head is a family friendly resort with none of the crowds of the popular northern Utah resorts and lift tickets are much more reasonable. This is a great place for young children to learn to ski!
Winter turns Brian Head into a snow lover’s paradise with 400+ inches of World Famous Utah Powder which has been called “The Greatest Snow on Earth!” Enjoy New Lifts, New Terrain, New Interconnect. Skiers and Boarders of all abilities can enjoy both of the un-crowded mountains without ever leaving the snow. You’re not a Skier? Take lessons for VERY reasonable rates and you’ll immediately be addicted. Go snowmobiling, hit the snow Tubing Park with surface lift or go snowshoeing.
Nightfall doesn’t end the fun! Enjoy night skiing and snow tubing, romantic sleigh rides and fireworks on New Year’s Eve. A free shuttle transports you to lifts and throughout this magical snow town for all your equipment, eating, village bonfires and other activities.
Besides getting out of the heat, in the Spring and Summer you can enjoy any or all of these activities: Star gazing with the rangers at Cedar Breaks ranger station, biking, hiking, miles and miles of ATV trails, cave exploring, horse rentals for trail rides, scenic drives, ride up the lift and hike down, take your bike up the lift and ride down. Fish in nearby Panguitch Lake from shore or rent a boat and enjoy the water, Duck Creek and several other sites. Hike nearby Zion National Forest and Bryce Canyon or enjoy the beauty that is Cedar Breaks National Monument. Bring your camera the scenery is awesome!
Enjoy the beautiful fall colors all around you from Late September through mid-November. Why fly to the East Coast when you can enjoy the colors right here in your own back yard?

Perfectly Peaceful Summer Vacation
Perfectly Peaceful Summer Vacation
My husband, five year old son, and myself headed to Brian head for an eight day stay in early summer. We were thrilled to leave the heat and head up the mountain for a peaceful and quiet start to our summer break. We arrived late at night and were pleased to find it easy to pull our van right up to the condo for the night before getting up in the morning to get settled. Our days were spent playing horse shoes just steps from the condo front door, soaking in the jacuzzi tub each night, and taking long walks to the store to grab snacks and ice cream and hot chocolate on crisp mornings. Every evening we took drives up the 143 to admire the beautiful scenery and try to find as many deer roaming through the grasses as possible. We took several day trips, including ones to Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park to hike. This is a must do if you are in the area! We headed to Cedar City a few times to grocery shop at the Walmart, and this worked out great for us. The condo met all our needs and more. My husband and I had privacy in the comfortable private room, and I enjoyed having my coffee each morning on the back porch as I enjoyed the beautiful views. My son slept on the air mattress in the living room and could get up in the morning on his own to watch cartoons or play quietly before we got up. We brought our Wii and played games after long afternoons of hiking. Several nights we even lit fires and had s'mores! We cooked several big meals and thought the kitchen was well supplied and met all our needs. We even BBQd one night on the little grill they provided. I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our stay in this comfortable condo, and we are looking forward to returning not only next summer, but during ski season as well. Don't think twice about renting this condo! We can't wait to see how much more we enjoy our time here when the new fishing pond and walking trails open soon (of which this condo will have a perfect view of from the front window and porch!). Thanks again, for the wonderful time in Brian Head.

Absolutely Perfect! THANK YOU!
Absolutely Perfect! THANK YOU!
My husband and I stayed here for a few days over our Spring Break. He is an expert skier and I am a beginner - the resort was great for both of us! The BEST part about staying here was being able to ski out/ski in! So easy to go back to the condo to eat our hot crock-pot meal before hitting the slopes again. Paradise!! After skiing we went to the clubhouse to use the sauna & hottub (which seemed to be deserted the whole week - it was just us!) At night we cozied up, lit a fire, and watched movies that the owners had on hand. Everything was clean, comfortable, & functional. The owners are SO NICE and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed! They were nice enough to recommend the best places to eat and rent our equipment. We hope to get back again sometime - such a great experience!

The owner of this condo was truly a pleasure to work with. The condo was well appointed, comfortable, and unlike a few other places I've stayed up here, it was not drafty. Its very well insulated and we had to turn the heaters down to their lowest settings so we didn't roast. The location is perfect for either beginner or expert skiers with easy access to both sides of the resort. Since I live in Las Vegas, only 3 hours away, I'll definitely be back on a regular basis.

Our family of 4 returned to Brian Head stayed for 4 nights at this condo. (2 adults, 2 teenagers) The condo was clean and comfy. Very important to me. There were plenty of amenities available in the kitchen (which is great because I cook) bedroom and bathroom. Beautiful views, EZ access to the condo. Stopped in Cedar City for food. Made tacos, spaghetti, grilled cheese, soup, and breakfast with all the available pots, pans and utensils. Plenty of hot water for 4 people to take showers within an hour. Stores and restaurants all within a short EZ walk. Dined out one evening at Ceder Breaks Lodge. Very good food and more an upscale restaurant than a cafe or coffee shop. Ski lift immediately outside to the left. Can't get any easier than that. There is no boredom in Brian Head in either in the late summer or winter time. We look forward to our return to the mountain. Thank you very much to the owners.

My 4-year-old son and I decided to escape the heat of California and head to Brian Head Resort, Utah, for a relaxing five day vacation. When we arrived at the condo we were pleased to find it clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for us to spread out with his toys and books and games. We loved waking up in the morning and enjoying a home-cooked breakfast and coffee while we watch cartoons or the news before we headed off to explore everything the mountain had to offer. In the evenings we cuddled next to the crackling fire to watch movies and play games. The condo had everything we needed to make us feel at home. We stopped for groceries in Cedar City before heading up the mountain and we were able to easily prepare and serve meals throughout our stay. Brian Head was the perfect spot to escape the heat, and we are already looking forward to a return visit this fall. We cannot wait to return to this same condo and make some more lasting memories!

Wonderful Birthday Weekend
Wonderful Birthday Weekend
This was the first time had i visited Brian Head Utah for snowboarding. I was definetly impressed. Loved staying in this condo, right off the path for 2 lifts, a ski shop within walking distance if you forgot anything to keep you warm. Stopped in Cedar City and bought groceries which made it feel more homey after a long day of being in the snow. You can even snowmobile the mountain area with the help of the folks at ThunderMountain sports..Totally a blast..Thanks John!!

Year Purchased: 2012
About the owner: We are two adventurous families that enjoy the out doors. We enjoy skiing, hiking, mountain biking, ATV's, horseback riding, drag racing, site seeing and fishing. With near high school aged kids as well as married with children kids, our lives are very busy. Our children and Grand Children love spending time in Brian Head. We work hard all year long and can always be convinced to squeeze in a trip.
Why the Owner Chose Brian Head:
We have been all over the seven Western states looking for that perfect place. Brian Head is that place. With year round out door activities we couldn't ask for a better vacation spot. When we stumbled on to this little condo we knew we had to have it. This is the best Ski In/Ski out condo on the entire mountain.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
When we first laid eyes on this place we knew it was right. From the back porch we can sit and watch the skiers loading onto the chair lift or skiing by during the snow season. The rest of the year we can enjoy the beauty of the mountainside with a morning cup of coffee. From the front porch there is even more beauty as we look across the open meadow. Being able to ski, snowmobile, hike, bike or ATV right from the condo is a luxury. After a long day of fun and adventure, we look forward to unwinding over at the spa or just curling up in front of the fire place. Our condo is not only ski in/ski out but it sits in the best view of the July 4th fireworks display, on our corner deck or grass lawn by the club house.
