Your 3-bedroom, 3-bath Resort Residence at the award-winning Cape Codder Resort in Hyannis offers you and your companions an exceptional holiday, perfect for children and adults. The spacious 1890 sq. ft. condominium suite has luxury appointments in a comfortable, homey atmosphere. The suite may be rented as a 3 BR or (optional) 2 BR suite. The 3 BR option features a second MB, king bed with memory foam mattress, private bath with steam shower and double sinks, gas fireplace, small refrigerator and microwave, HDTV, reading chair, balcony---and a double-locking door that completely separates it from the main 2 BR suite. Separate prices for 2 BR and 3 BR options. The main suite has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.
For families: All-day activities for children July-Aug, and school vacations at the resort. Nearby amenities provide ample excursions, outdoor and indoor activities, restaurants and shops, music and theater, and miles of walking/biking paths, beaches, boating, golf, and more.
Dining. Meals are a pleasure, with a fully-appointed kitchen plus the convenience of sit-down or room service dining from the Resort’s Hearth and Kettle Restaurant.
Sleeping. Each of the 3 bedrooms has thick memory foam mattresses and impeccably clean linens. Each has its own bath with unique amenities, plenty of closets and drawers, and an HD LCD TV. Bedrooms sleep 8 people. A convertible sofa in the main living room sleeps 2 more people in comfort.
Bathing. Pamper yourself in the Master Bath’s deep, jetted Jacuzzi tub with colored lights and heated floor. Enjoy the steam shower with 16 body jets in the Second Master Bath, also with heated floor. Third Bath off the main room has its own shower too so everyone has plenty of access to bathing.
Laundry. Fresh linens and room cleaning are provided daily. A washer and dryer make your own laundry a simple matter. Truly, this is a no-work getaway.
Lounging. The lovely great room has a gas fireplace, large HD LCD TV; and free WiFi, Cable and family movies—and a computer, so you don’t have to bring yours. Curl up with a book by the fireplace. The Resort has shelves of books you can borrow during your stay.
Resort Activities. With it’s indoor water park and wave pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, outdoor heated pool, nightly bonfires, game room, free family movies, and plenty of activities for children, this is a perfect place to simply hang out. For adults there is a pool table, Fitness Center, and the Grand Cru Wine Bar with live music on weekend evenings. Visit the Beach Plum Spa for a massage, facial, manicure or pedicure.
Getting active. Swimming, fishing, shelling, boating, paddling, hiking, biking, exploring, and more are within minutes of the Resort. There is also the Kennedy Memorial Skating Rink in Hyannis, offering indoor ice skating year ‘round.
Entertainment. Interested in theater? There are many to choose from, including a dinner theater in the Cape Codder Resort (January-April), the Cape Cod Rep Theater (May-December), the Melody Tent (June and August), and the Barnstable Comedy Club (November-May). You’ll find live music all over the Cape, especially in the summer months, and comedy nights at the Cape Codder Resort.

About the owner: We’re a family of five, with three generations. The Resort has something special for each of us. Ten-year old Emma thinks it's the perfect place for her and her friends---especially in terrible weather---because they can have fun inside all day long! Emma loves the wave pool and the game room. The adults really appreciate the absolutely no work, luxurious, retreat from the busyness of jobs and schedules. We're an active family, each liking something different. What's perfect for us is that each of us finds so many things that we love to do in and around the Cape Codder hotel. Each visit leaves us feeling relaxed and refreshed.
Why the Owner Chose Hyannis:
The beaches and waterways. The convenient access to all of Cape Cod, only 1 hour's easy drive from home. For our guests and renters, its a reasonable driving distance from Boston, New York, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. The property is beautifully maintained and so convenient to shopping, dining, theater, recreational activities, and cinemas. The landscaping around the Resort is gorgeous in all seasons.
