A wonderful private getaway, this fully renovated yellow cottage is beautifully set on a wooded lakeside point providing gorgeous views of Lake Chatuge, local wildlife and the mountains. Sit in a white rocker on the wide screened porch to enjoy it all! Or amble down the gradually sloping yard to the shore and dock to sunbathe, fish or just sit in the shade of the dock gazebo. The deep summer water provides great swimming and boat dockage, too.
The cottage living, dining area and kitchen all open to one another for a spacious, gracious and functional living space. The clean well-organized kicthen has lots of cabinets and is fully equipped. In a separate room just off the kitchen, both a washer and a dryer are provided as well. The modest quiet bedroom has its own TV, AC, large closet and bedside lights for reading.
