Our house and guesthouse are in a neighborhood of mostly older summer homes. It is uniquely beautiful, quiet and the interior has been completely updated from its previous rustic appearance with a new kitchen, tile floors, new bathroom with a tile shower, new furniture, fresh bright paint, carpet, window coverings and a new 37" flat screen HD TV with cable.
