  Very pretty home. Everything we needed. Great location. However, we did lose the water heater Thursday into Friday. Rough showers. Thought we would get a little feedback on that inconvenience.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

  Owner response: Apologies for the temporary loss of the water heater. A tripped circuit breaker due to electrical storm. First time ever as we have 3 levels of surge protection in the house.

  What an excellent holiday home, everything you needed was there and in good condition. Great for all ages. So cls to local amenities and 20-30 mins fom the parks. Thankyou for making the holiday memorable.

  Very clean property in excellent condition. Well maintained and beautiful house with very comfortable beds. We felt so much at home - we even extended our planned stay for 2 more days. Thank you for having us - we would love to come again.

  One of the nicest places I have ever stayed at. Felt very safe being in a gated community. We had our family of four and we had another family of four join us for a few days of our trip. At no time did we ever feel crowded at all. The home is huge and upon arrival was spotless! All of the tables were set beautifully and every single towel in the entire house was designed into either a towel animal or a decorative piece. Nothing in the house felt cheap, including all of the furniture. I cannot say enough about the quality and value of this house. There is no question in my mind that if we return to Florida we will be staying here again!

  This was a family vacation that included myself and husband along with my parents. We are frequent travelers, but this was the first time any of us had ever rented a home instead of a hotel, and what a terrific experience! As 2 adult couples vacationing together, I was a little concerned about the potential lack of personal space, but let me assure you - there is more than enough room here for 2 families to share. The villa was beautiful and clean, spacious and comfortable. The master bed/bath is gorgeous with patio doors that open to the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped - there was nothing that we needed that was not there. We had a wonderful time playing in the pool and the game room. Check in was a breeze, and with the directions and information that you are sent prior to arrival, you really can't go wrong. The location is perfect - close and easy access to the freeway, Disney, and all the Orlando attractions and shopping you could ever want. There is both a Wal-Mart and Target within close proximity along with numerous other shops, liquor stores and restaurants. We could tell that the home owners were really commited to making sure that our stay was everything that we hoped for. We appreciated the phone call shortly after we arrived, just making sure that we arrived safely and that we had everything we needed. I would not hesitate recommending Minnie's Sanctuary to anyone looking for that special "home away from home". Trust me - once you're there you won't want to leave!

  Our second stay at Minnie's Sanctuary was just as great as the first one. Longer this time, we stayed almost two months. The villa was again immaculate, light and bright, colorful walls, not stark-white as they are in many places, very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, nothing to want for. The large refrigerator was really useful this time. The full-size washer and dryer were also appreciated. The new tile on the floor in the hallway, living room and dining room looks great and is certainly more user-friendly than carpet when it comes to the inevitable spills. Our family was with us during the first two weeks; some on-site and some stayed else-where. I can't really describe the marvelous time they had in the pool. There were six children, ages 5 to 11, plus fun-loving older relatives. Even great-grandpa was in on the action. When not in the pool they enjoyed the game room, the Wii, and loved the kid-friendly bedrooms with adjoining bathroom. As usual Disney was an attraction on some schedules but others "loved" the new Legoland which is not far away, Gatorland, and Fun Spot. Quick access to the freeway and little need to go into bedeviling Orlando traffic is a real bonus since Minnie's is near the attractions and Theme parks but not right in their midst. It seems that at least 50% of drivers in Orlando are tourists not knowing where they are going. It's good to get away from the hustle and bustle of the mega resorts or a long day of crowds and lines. And a little ways away from tourist pricing. For my husband and I Minnie's is a quiet getaway in the warmth of Florida where everything we possibly could want is at our fingertips. Most tourists seem to head to Wal-Mart to stock up on their needs; we find the Target grocery and the Dollar Tree store at near-by Posner Park Mall are less crowded and have what we need. Publix, Walgreens and CVS are also close. Minnie's is in a gated community and we believe it to be a very safe place. My husband isn't able to take walks but I walked alone at various hours of the day, always feeling completely safe. The grounds crew continually work on the upkeep of the property which makes a walk visually stimulating as well as good exercise. It is soothing and peaceful. One other really nice thing about Minnie's is the fact that we escape from high pressure sales pitches that are prevalent at Time Shares. We hope to be able to return. Thank you Ron and Cris.

  We had a great week at Minnie's Sanctuary. It was really great to come back to a home atmosphere while we were away from our own home. It was really clean and in a quiet area not far from Disney. The kids loved the pool and the themed rooms! Thank you we will be recommending to others!

  First and foremost I would like to thank you once again for sharing your home with us. It was amazing! We had such a wonderful time. All the ammenities that were described on the internet were available to us. We felt save in the gated community and the kids could not get enough of the pool and the play room! We would definitely recommend this home in the future. Its just about 15 minutes from Orlando so we where able to get away from the crazy traffic in downtown Orlando and we were able to access the highway with ease. We hope to come back soon!

  My family and I enjoyed staying at the resort home of Cris for an entire week. My mother has dialysis treatment 3 times a week so having the comfort of a home made our visit special. The treatment center was about .5 mi from the house & that was a blessing. The house was beautiful, spaceous, quite, and peaceful. We had a small fellowship with some of the neighbors; we like that. Cris thank you from the entire family; we can't wait to come back again. The price was very reasonable which allow us to visit the Publix's grocery store about 4 times a day. That's funny because we didn't go to the Publix store in our own town, but now we do. I left my Disney tickets home in my other wallet, so we didn't get the chance to visit the park. Keep us in mind if you're running a special, we like to take mini vacations as well. May God bless and keep you for your hospitality & kindness towards people you don't know and share your home with.   This was everything me and my family was hoping for. Very clean, well maintained house, close to all the Disney and waterparks. Owners kept in contact with us, provided a GREAT welcome package. I have bragged to friends at work about our stay and a couple of them took down all the info for their vacation in Orlando area. It was also great being in a gated community, helped you feel more secure. I hope to be using this house again for our next trip to the Orlando area. Thank you for letting really enjoy our vacation in Orlando.

  My husband and myself stayed here for 2 months. When we walked in we knew we were going to like staying there. The house was perfect, clean and so nicely decorated with beautiful furniture. We needed some very much needed rest and we got it. It is a very quite neighbourhood. The pool was nice. All kinds of movies available for the evenings when not much on TV. Books to read when relaxing by the pool. Games available, you name it, rest or play, you never get bored here. Shopping so close by car. The master bedroom is great, especially the ensuite, large shower. Better than a 5 star hotel. The owners were so nice, called the first day to make sure all was okay. Can't say enough about this beautiful home. You won't be sorry to stay here, best home yet.

  My husband and I spent a month at Minnies Sanctuary in January and were very pleased with our experience. We have utilized a wide variety of accommodations in the past and would rate this experience right up at the top of them. Driving directions were correct and we didn't have any problems finding the home. First impressions are usually correct and the home is immediately appealing. It is clean, spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable, safe, and is very adequately furnished. The neighborhood is well-maintained and quiet. We especially liked the open feeling of the kitchen-dining areas-living room. There are numerous area restaurants but we enjoyed using the kitchen right here. Cooking was fun with all the equipment one could wish for. The laundry with new washer and dryer and no coins needed was wonderful. Our main goal this year was to have a relaxing break from winter, but it is obvious to us that this would be an ideal site from which to visit Orlando's attractions and then retreat the short distance back here out of the traffic jams, people jams, and frustrations. Having a private swimming pool right outside the door, and a private patio for eating or relaxing adds to the delights here. There is a large shopping mall near-by with national chains including a new Super Target with a large grocery department. Publix grocery is even closer. The property managers checked several times to make sure we were comfortable and didn't need anything. We definitely would recommend this property to friends and relatives. It is obvious that a lot of care and thought has gone into preparing this villa for guests.

  My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your villa. It fit our needs wonderfully with easy acess to the freeway for working trips to Tampa and vacation visits to the area parks. It was also very close to shopping and local restaurants. The quiet of the gated community was a perfect break from the daytime activities at Disney. The tree and palm lined streets through the West Haven community was a perfect setting for evening relaxing walks. This was truly a home away from home with every convenience available. We cooked most meals at the villa and were amazed at all of the kitchen tools to allow home cooking and dining for our group of 7. We will definitely be booking your villa for future stays. Hopefully the weather will cooperate a bit more so we can more fully enjoy the gorgeous swimming pool.

  Our first stay at this wonderful villa was all we could ask for. New furnishings and all a delight. Now I could go on as the result of the stay was we bought the villa and are making it available to others who enjoy the finer things in life along with some private seclusion when staying in the Orlando area. Minnie's Sanctuary is located only a few minutes from a favorite golf course, the Greg Norman designed Chanpionsgate. And only 2 exits from the south entrance to Disney. Fabulous for all members of the family. The villa is maintained by IPG, a well known property management company that will not dissappoint you. I hope your next stay is as noce as ours was.
