Property description

At night all you'll hear are the surf and the breeze. Perched 110 feet up and 400 feet back from John's Folly Bay on southeast St. John. The 20 sq. mile island is over 70% U.S. National Park, with white, white sand beaches and blue waters. Salt Pond Bay is less than a half-mile south, with Little Lameshur Bay another mile and a half. There are more than 20 hiking trails on St. John, with many suitable for novice hikers. Exceptional restaurants are as close as a mile away; try Miss Lucy's, especially her Full Moon pig roasts and the Sunday Jazz combo brunches. In season (mid-December to mid-April), there is plenty of entertainment each and every night at locations throughout St. John. Entertainment continues through the rest of the year to a lesser extent.

Try a day sail to Jost Van Dyke or visit world-famous The Baths on Virgin Gorda, or just try 'limin' (reference to the British way of having an early gin & tonic in the late afternoon; another way of saying take it easy)

Golf details: If you're a die-hard golfer, golfing is available at Mahogany Run on St. Thomas. Because of the hot days, a golf cart rental is required. It is also possible to golf on St. Croix and on Puerto Rico. There are daily ferries from St. Thomas to St. Croix and back, as well as commuter flights. A bi-weekly ferry runs on Friday afternoon to Fajardo, PR and returns on Sunday morning; commuter flights are also available to various locations in Puerto Rico.
