New to the Rental Market, this 4 bedroom, 2 bath home has so much to offer. It has been treated with lots of TLC. It is 3rd row and literally steps to the beach. The beach access is very convenient as well--even with little ones. The home offers 4 bedrooms--each with a queen bed. The bathrooms are conveniently located--one on each side of the house with 2 bedrooms on each side. The kitchen and living area are located in the middle of the house. There are fabulous porches off of the front and back of the house. The back porch is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or relax there after a day at the beach. It is one of my favorite places to hang out when we are there.
Another great thing about the house is the Outdoor shower. It is great for rinsing the sand off of the little ones (and adults alike). It does have a door so you could actually let the little ones shower for the night! It is certainly nice keeping all of the sand out of the house.

Exceeded our Expectations!
We had such a wonderful time at this beach house and would love to stay again next summer. It really was ideal for our family. We traveled with my father and mother in law and my husband and I have three little girls. The living area of the house is in the middle with two bedrooms and bathrooms on either side. My family had one side and my father and mother in law took the other side. Perfect for two families. I have a very curious 18 month old and this place has sliders that block out the bedroom/bathroom living area. Basically built in baby gates and it was wonderful. She had the middle area to run around and not get into everyone's things. The front porch was wonderful to place all our sandy things and relax during the day. My girls loved this area and the back porch was ideal for dinner outside or playing some cards once the kiddos went to bed. Coligny is very close and we walked up their quite a few times. We are early risers (due to kids) and took a nice early walk to the coffee shop and had coffee and donuts. The beach was perfect and very close. Easy walk for my 6 & 4 year old and also easy for us to tote our things back and forth. Another plus is this section of the beach is all private homes so its not overly crowded. I wish we would have brought more games/bocce ball to play while we were here. Maybe next year! This place won't disappoint -- it may not be the most modern but it is very comfortable and easy to make your home for the week! I want to go back!
