Directly across the Boulevard from the Beach and the 7 miles of all public white sand Beach of Fort Myers Beach. Beach access is a 30 second walk from the driveway.Master bedroom has a queen size bed and its own bath. Guest room has two twins and its own bath. Sun deck on the front of the house facing west. Rear deck off the master bedroom is inside the two story lanai enclosure (the atrium) overlooking the enclosed pool with raised six person spa and waterfall. Full size washer and dryer downstairs in the pool house with half bath. The new kitchen is completely furnished by our standards. Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The rear yard is completely fenced in. Pet-friendly accommodations with prior approval.
