We spent Christmas week there and had a wonderful time. The pool and Jacuzzi make it so that you hardly need to go to the beach. The weather cooled off the last two days and the jacuzzi was wonderful. The front porch traps the sun and it was really warm there even in high 60's. The house is really nice with lots of books, movies and games at your disposal. A tropical paradise with nothing lacking! Will try to go back at my first opportunity.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

What a great experience. The house is lovely. The pool is fantastic. The landscaping around the lanai is beautiful. And it's all just steps away from the beach. What more could you ask for? How about a bottle of wine and some Guinness waiting for us? That was there too!

I recently stayed at the beach house with my boyfriend, mother, and stepfather. We had a wonderful time in this perfectly located vacation home. What I truly enjoyed was Mary and Todd's thoughtfulness in providing those who stay at their home with activities and a welcome basket. When we arrived we were greeted with a complementary bottle of wine! What a treat. Furthermore, as it sometimes rains in Florida, Mary and Todd have board games, books, and movies for "Fun Family Nights In". I had a great time and would recommend it to everyone!

THIS IS OUR THIRD TRIP TO ONE OF YOUR HOMES, AND THE 3RD OF THE 3. THIS HOUSE WAS JUST AS NICE AS THE THE OTHER TWO. WE DO NOT WANT TO STAY ANYWHERE ELSE NOW THAT WE HAVE STAYED AT YOUR HOMES. THEY LEARN THE PEOPLE THAT STAY IN THEIR HOMES, FOR INSTANCE THEY MADE SURE THIS ONE HAD A BLENDER AS WE LIKE TO MAKE SMOOTHIES! IT IS SO CLOSE TO THE BEACH, VERY COMPFORTABLE AND DOG FREINDLY. WE CALLED AT A MOMENTS NOTICE AND WAS VERY LUCKY TO FIND IT AVAILABLE. KEN IS ALWAYS RIGHT THERE WHEN YOU NEED HIM. JUST WONDERFUL.

What a wonderful treasurer you are sharing with us! We traveled a long way but the minute we hit the front door we began to unwind! Thank you for the wine, can koozies, water and "starter" supplies. Great location, pool ande spa and screened in area made up for not being able to look at the ocean. Quick walk to the beach; did that everyday (more than once each day) and used the pool and spa all the time. All the extras that you provide to guests are a wonderful surprise. Read thru this whole book and EVERY response is positive! Keep up the good job. Olivia turns 6 on April 12th. She loves the pool and spa. Thank you. Saw dolphin on Friday!

Once again we enjoyed our three weeks here. I can't believe this is our sixth year. The weather was great. We have done most of the tourist stuff and since the house is so comfortable, we seem to be happy just to kick back and enjoy it. Many trips to the beach with it's easy access. Had dinner at Parrott Key - good food, nice setting - would recommend it. Looking forward to coming back next year!

The Beach House offers several amenities that aren't always available in condos and other rentals. The private heated pool and spa in covered lanai are just outside back door. A gas grill, bicycles, beach chairs, coolers, washer and dryer, some pool toys, DVD's, games, and books are available. Pets are allowed with permission. The home is across the street from a beach access ( beach one minute away). Nice landscaping which provides privacy around pool area.

Great week! Low 80's so we were able to turn off the AC and open up the sliding glass doors to the lanai. You can hear the waterfall inside the house when you do this! Favorite restaurant - Beached Whale upstairs deck for wings, Nervous Nellie's for lunch and watching the boat traffic and South Beach for dinner of coconut shrimp and key lime pie. Favorite thing to do - relaxing around the pool or bike riding on your beach cruisers. Thank you for everything we will return the rental agreement for November 2011 today!

What a fantastic experience we were so surprised and delighted that everything you needed was there for you. From the instructions to the portable phone by the pool. Every need was looked after. We would definately stay here again and again!
