  There aren't enough words to describe our visit over the Thanksgiving holiday. The condo was beautiful. We frequent the Destin area a few times a year and normally have a list of things to do. I didn't leave the condo the entire time. I wanted to take advantage of every moment. From the decor to the view, this condo has it all.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

  The condo was so beautiful! I felt like it was more of a home than a condo. We felt comfortable immediately. It is not overdecorated (which I liked) and the simplicity of the decor was so beautiful and relaxing. I was really impressed that there were things at the condo that I usually have to bring with me, such as chip clips, laundry detergent, etc. Every appliance we could have imagined was there for our use! We were so impressed with the plug stations in the top drawers of the night stands, the drawers that pull closed when close and the nightlights on the side of the the night stands. It was a wonderful stay. If I have a negative comment it was that when the master bedroom and living room was cool enough, it made it super cold in the other 2 bedrooms. Also, of all the things you had, we never found a big pitcher to make some sweet tea in. I would recommend this condo to anyone. I would be hesitant to rent it in the hot summer due to the huge differences in the temperature in bedrooms. Thank you so much for sharing your bit of heaven with us!!!

In response to your suggestions - no one has addressed the temperature issue with our manager, but thank you for making us aware of it. We will see that the property manager checks the vents and adjusts the bedroom vents. Also, the ice tea pitcher was in the tall pantry. Thank you for staying with us. We hope that you will plan another vacation with us.

  This condo was MARVELOUS!!! Lots of places claim to be “on the beach”, but this one really WAS!! If it wasn’t on the second floor, you could jump off the deck and land in the beautiful white sand beach! It was awesome! And besides that, it is beautiful indoors and out! The master suite is grand! It has a gorgeous view and a spectacular bathroom with a rain shower and a beautiful tub. If you like to cook, you’ll love the kitchen, too. It has stainless steel appliances with a six-burner stovetop, a large refrigerator/freezer and an extra ice maker! In addition to being right on the beach, it also has a beautiful swimming pool and hot tub! ! It’s everything you want and more!

• Luxury Condo!

  We have vacationed in the Fort Walton Beach area before, but this was our first time at Bella Riva Unit 201. WOW!! This place was amazing – truly a luxury condo! We enjoyed every feature of this condo, including the modern decorating, flat screens/DVD in every room, Sonos sound system, luxury pillowtop beds in each room, huge balcony, Viking appliances…the list goes on and on! The view cannot get any better, and it was just a quick walk down the stairs to get to our reserved beach chairs. Both the manager and the owners were exceptionally easy to work with and took care of all our needs. We will definitely be back next year!!!
