Our family’s home-away-from-home is now available to you. Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac ideal for children, our condo is feet away from one of Seascape’s five gorgeous pools. We are in the Tennis Village, where you can play on one of Seascape’s eight tennis courts. Or, if you’re more of a golfer, try out the driving range and award-winning 18-hole golf course. Basketball courts are nearby and the entire resort is perfect for jogging or biking.
Seascape is a gated community with easy access to Destin’s sugar-white beaches. You won’t have to search for beach parking, as Seascape features a private lot right across from the gulf. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rental. The Whale’s Tail, Seascape’s outdoor restaurant, is right at the beach crossing.
One of our family’s favorite attractions is the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, which is the nation’s largest designer outlet center and is located just down the street.
Our unit has a private carport and a private gated courtyard with umbrella, table and chairs where you can enjoy peaceful outdoor meals.

EXCELLENT "PET FRIENDLY" CONDO--CLOSE TO BEACH & EVERYTHING--BEAUTIFUL PRIVATE PATIO--KIND OWNER!

We searched and searched for a rental unit for a few days away from work. We were "last minute" renters and found many owners didn't want to rent for less than a whole week or at the last minute. Due to the late fall season, we found this owner would work with us. She made accomodations to meet our needs and went out of the way to enable us to come to Destin! The condo was well-equipped and very comfortable. The best part of all is the privacy-fenced side patio. We loved to sit at the table out there in the mornings and enjoy the breeze. Even better than this is the fact this unit is PET FRIENDLY. Our 2 "furry children"--our female pugs--were able to come along with us! Of course, only well-behaved, housebroken pets are allowed. Seascape is one of the most beautiful resorts in Destin. If you love to play golf or tennis, this is the place to be! The golf courses are just beautiful and we couldn't count the number of tennis courts within the complex. We visited in mid-November and there were still beautiful flowers everywhere this late in the season. As we were leaving, we watched workers tending to the landscaping and putting out even more flowers. We took an evening walk throughout the entire resort and found it to be exceptionally clean and well manicured. Everyone we met was so friendly. We are Tennesseans and were proud to see such hospitality alive and well in Florida too. This unit is all ground-level so it's very convenient and the attached carport is very nice. The Seacape community is gated and very secure. Being small-town folks, we feel a bit uneasy in strange places but felt very comfortable here. The kitchen is well-stocked with every dish, pot or pan you would need to cook your own meal is there. However, we enjoyed the local restaurants. Very close by is The Whale's Tale and Capt.Dave's Seafood, both sitting right along the gulf for a beautiful view. If you have children, you have to visit Fudpucker's. They have live alligators and free shows on the weekends. The Gulf Breeze Zoo is also within an hour's drive to the west toward Pensacola and a very nice small zoo with a train ride. For adults, McGuire's Irish Pub, The Shed or Hog's Breath Saloon are great fun choices! The Silver Sands Outlet Mall is very close to Seascape with a great variety of shopping choices of name brand stores. We absolutely loved the area and were very happy with the condo and know you will be too! When contacting the owner, Janet, be sure to say THE KENTS sent you! :)
