The condo was well maintained and comfortable, and near areas of interest. There were books on various subjects pertaining to the area. The completely furnished two bedroom home was smoke free, and drawer safety latches were provided for the protection of small children. We would highly recommend this property to friends and relatives.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: We're delighted that these renters found the guides, maps and brochures we provide useful for exploring the nearby attractions. The recently installed child safety devices ensure a carefree vacation for families with young children or visiting grandchildren.

My wife and I stayed here with another couple and really loved our trip. The condo was large enough for 4 people to stay comfortably. The main bedroom was quite large with a dedicated bathroom. The second bedroom was pretty small, but still had a comfortable queen-sized bed and closet. The pool was great and other residents were very friendly. The condo is about a 10-minute drive from downtown Boulder, which for us was ideal. This kept us away from a lot of the late-night noise and commotion, but kept us close enough to spend all day in Boulder if we wanted. We had a phenomenal experience and would highly recommend staying here if you don't feel the need to stay in the heart of Boulder. Also, I highly recommend a free tour of the Celestial Seasonings tea factory) which is just down the street from the condo. And if you can time it right, eat a meal from the street/food-truck vendors in the park.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.
Owner response: Thanks for mentioning your visit to Celestial Seasonings, a really fun place with tasting room, gift shop and art exhibit. Also the Leanin' Tree Museum is close by with the largest collection of Western Art in the U.S. as well as a wonderful gift shop. There's a car museum nearby as well as a winery with tours. We keep a large collection of brochures, maps, guides and guidebooks for your perusal. Have fun!

This condo is clean, well-equipped (especially the kitchen!), and in a very convenient location. We enjoyed the pool and rec center, and there is a park right across the street that has ponds, walking trails, and a nice view of the mountains. It's easy to get to Boulder to enjoy the hiking, shopping, and great restaurants. But there is also a shopping center less than 5 minutes from the condo that has a grocery store, gas station, frozen yogurt shop, and several coffee houses. My husband and I stayed in the condo in August and September and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We would highly recommend this place for couples or families with older children. The owner and the property manager are very helpful and provide a lot of useful information about what to see and do in the Boulder area.Recommended for: Age 55+.
Owner response: Thanks for your business and review, Lauren and Dan. We're happy that you enjoyed your stay here. Just to let you know, we just installed a new dishwasher and easy-to-use digital door lock, upgraded the cable service, added some things to the well-equipped kitchen and stocked an armoire with books, dvds, puzzles, games, art supplies and lots of guides and maps to the area, including hiking guides to nearby trails. We also added hairdryers to the bathrooms and an iron for guests' convenience.

This affordable condo is in a great location for exploring the Boulder area. The condo could use some updating (new carpeting for example) but it was clean and comfortable. My wife and I lived here for a month and we had enough room to have our daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter stay over on the weekends. We had some minor problems with the entry door keypad and the dishwasher, but the owner and the manager were very responsive and helpful. There is quick access to walking trails, biking trails, and a grocery store. There is a single stall garage that was great for keeping our bikes, wagon and stroller. The pool was closed in October but the fitness center was open and available. We had an enjoyable stay and may return at a later date.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing.
Owner response: We regret that our renters encountered these problems. We have replaced the malfunctioning dishwasher and keypad and are looking at installing new flooring as well.

Owner info
Year Purchased: 2005
About the owner: Having lived for 10 years in beautiful, sunny Colorado, we are now relocated in beautiful, rainy Oregon. But we return often to visit with family and friends in the area. We are early retirees who have interests in cooking, fishing, writing, reading and singing. Recently, we completed a kitchen addition which we built ourselves and are enjoying creating memorable meals in it. We have both traveled extensively and have a great interest in other countries and cultures.
Why the Owner Chose Boulder:
We love the area and return often to enjoy the many physical and cultural opportunities as well as to visit with family and friends. The proximity of the condo to beautiful open space as well as easy access to major highways and the airport make it a perfect place to enjoy both outdoor and cultural activities and a quiet, restful place to relax.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
It's great to have the wonderful, large pool to swim in, the hot tub to soak in and the fitness room as well as the well-maintained trails around the lakes just across the street.
