  We had a great time, fishing, boating and just relaxing. Everything was there as promised--gas BBQ, firepit, nearly everything we needed and was spotless on our arrival. spent my summers on this arm growing up, and particularly like the low boat traffic and activities in this area. There is plenty of wildlife to see, and though we weren't successful fishing, there was an abundance of trout being caught by others. I also like the fact that it is boat access only which also cuts down on traffic and a quieter atmosphere. As the property is larger than most, you don't feel crowded and don't see your neighbors. What a relaxing time and fun with family!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

  Owner response: We're glad you got plenty of use of the fire pit and BBQ and enjoyed the seclusion. It really does feel like your miles from anyone when hanging out on the deck. Hope to see you next summer.

  We just got home from a wonderful stay in this cottage with my in-laws and our two boys. It was truly lovely. Very peaceful, private spot with great fishing off the dock. The trout were delicious! The cottage is very clean (quite new), well appointed and lovingly decorated. The owner was great to work with and the caretaker was very friendly and helpful if we needed anything. We loved the firepit!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

  Staying at the cottage made for a memorable and fun vacation. We spent almost every night around the fire pit eating, laughing, and just hanging out together as a family. My wife and I loved the cottage accommodations and it had everything we needed. I have stayed in many vacation homes and this was one of the cleanest, nicest, and most complete experiences for all of us. The owners spared no expense to make this cottage a first class vacation cottage. What I personally loved about it was how quite it was when we sat on the deck in the evening. There was never any traffic noise and the view of the lake was outstanding. Well done…
