Our Garden Cottage has a bed/sitting room with television, an eat-in kitchenette - coffee pot, tea maker, toaster, microwave, sink, and fridge - a bathroom with shower, a new front loading washer & dryer, and a dressing area. There is also wireless internet reception. Outside is a sitting area, and private off-street parking just a few feet away.
We are one block from the famous Irma hotel in the center of downtown Cody, and four blocks to the Buffalo Bill Center of the West, the Park County Medical Complex, or the Rec Center. Although very close to downtown Cody, the neighborhood is very safe and quiet after about 10 p.m. Cody offers a world class trout stream eight blocks away, and a public trophy lake four miles out. There is much more fishing, whitewater rafting, hiking, and rock climbing in the summer, snowmobiling and ice climbing in the winter, and a Rodeo every night from June through August.
Cody is a great location for many exciting day trips. Yellowstone National Park via the east entrance is 52 beautiful miles away. Other great excursions include Sunlight Basin, which is the NE entrance to Yellowstone, the Beartooth Mountains, the Bighorn Mountains, and the hot springs at Thermopolis.

The Garden Cottage is in the back yard of our residence. We moved to Cody for the mountains, the sunshine, the dry air and the moderate winters.
