Relax and enjoy this newly renovated private guest apartment that is located on Ogden's east bench in a quiet, tree lined street. Classic 1920's and 30's style homes. This cozy 900 square foot open spaced apartment has an amazing view of the mountains from two separate covered balconies.
It is conveniently located close to shopping centers, restaurants, theaters, blocks from the golf course, hiking trails, Weber State University McKay Dee Hospital and is only 20 minutes from Utah's best kept secret Snow Basin and Powder Mountain ski resorts.
Decorated and funished with all of the comforts of home.
It has a full kitchen with 6 ft island, refrigerator, stove, mircowave, dishwasher and disposal. There is a dinnerware service for 6, including silverware and beverage glasses as well as pots, pans, toaster, coffeepot,crockpot and utensils.
The bathroom has a large tub and shower with bath towels, hand and washcloth and rugs.
The bedroom has a queen sized bed with brand new mattress and foundation, down comforter, dresser, closet and has 300 count bedding.
The open living area includes pub style dining table w/4 chairs, a large chaise sofa, chair, ottoman, coffee table, loveseat sleeper (twin), television, DVD player and leather area rug.
High-Speed Internet connection speed 20Mbps/896Kbps.

It sleeps 3 people. Rents for $89 per night/ 3 night minimum/Weekly$550 per week/longer stays negotiable. The Guest apartment has no yard access. Any addtional over night guests will be charge a $25 guest fee per day. Owner must be informed of extra guests before stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Upon our arrival we found a snack tray, milk an juice in the refrigerator. We were starved so this was perfect. The place is roomy, clean and very comfortable. We plan to return again in July!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

Deb is a fabulous host and her property was perfect for our stay in Ogden. It was a great touch to have some snacks in the fridge along with butter and some milk - couldn't get any better. The bed was super comfy and the decor was very stylish as well as comfortable. We had everything we needed! We had a wonderful time! Deborah has thought of everything. All cooking utensils, cleaning supplies, bath linens and bedding are provided, including spices and coffee! Upon arrival we were delighted to find a fruit basket, bagels and cream cheese, butter and orange juice along with a tray of strawberries, cheese and sausage. How thoughtful and kind. Made us feel right at home. Every channel imaginable on tv along with movies and music. We are already looking forward to our next stay. My husband and I needed a comfortable place to stay while visiting family at Christmas. Debra's apartment was a perfect fit. We loved the location on the East Bench of Ogden with it's historic feel. We had easy access to shopping, eating and entertainment. Debra has thought of everything! We entertained our family for our traditional Christmas breakfast and wanted for nothing. The apartment is very well equipped for whatever you might need. Debra was prompt and courteous with all my inquiries and we felt so at home there. She is a very gracious host. Absolutely loved our stay there! We plan on staying there again and highly recommend it to anyone.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

We rented Deborah's vacation rental for a romantic, anniversary get away. The apartment is SO charming, well decorated, clean, cozy, and secluded. The instant we walked in the door I felt relaxed and couldn't stop pointing out all the lovely details all around the place. The kitchen is full of useful things from coffee, awesome coffee maker, ramekins, measuring cups, pots, pans, paper towels, salt and pepper, saran wrap, spices, seasonings, any dishes you could possibly need. She even had charming treats in the refrigerator for us on arrival! The same consideration is all throughout the rental, really makes you feel like you're at home. If it's not there let Deborah know and she is willing to provide it for you. We baked a chocolate cake and Deborah brought by a nice mixer and mixing bowl. We had such a wonderful time! We live nearby and really got to see another side of Ogden than we have before. The place is in a great location on a tree-lined street and close to everything. Wonderful views of the mountains from the windows and relaxing back balcony. Deborah was so friendly and helpful, we really didn't want to ever leave! :) Highly recommend this rental to anyone! Everything about this apartment was lovely. It was incredibly clean and included all of the amenities of home. There were bananas and fresh rolls on the kitchen island and fresh orange juice and milk in the fridge upon my arrival. Deb was a gracious host and provided cleaning service with fresh linens and towels weekly. I enjoyed it so much, I will be returning next July. I loved everything about this rental! Deb was a fantastic host. When I arrived there were bananas and rolls on the island and milk and orange juice in the fridge. The apartment was spotless with all of the amenities. It was the perfect location from which to visit family, friends, and enjoy the local flavor. Deb has an amazing place! Her attention to detail and beautiful apartment are welcoming and immediately comforting. I stayed for only 3 days, but could have stayed forever! The apartment is very spacious, ideally located next to trailheads, historic downtown Ogden, good coffee...I had an amazing time there because of her warm hospitality. She was kind and seemed happy to have me stay. She left food in the fridge, stopped by with a great latte--her little gestures were lovely. I will definitely be back to take in all the great things Ogden has to offer, and would recommend anyone going to the area to stay at this awesome place. This apartment worked perfectly for our week-long stay in the Ogden area. There was everything we needed plus little extras that made us feel special. Our hostess was a dream come true, friendly and helpful. This was also the CLEANEST rental we have ever stayed in. My only reservation in giving this a five star recommendation is that if it becomes too popular, it may not be available when we want to come here again.
