Tennis players favorite! Everyone else's also.This 3 bedroom, 3 full bath town home. It includes a kitchen/dining/great room, 2 master bedroom suites, and a queen bed on the ground floor. It has a sunny deck on the main level. In the great room, you can play one of out many games next to the gas burning fireplace. The private deck, is perfect to enjoy a drink, sunbathe and barbeque. The green way is perfect for a game of Bocce Ball or croquet. The condo is a stand alone unit which allowsgreater privacy as well as more sunshine inside!
Open in spring 2012 Sunriver now has a lazy river pool and water park located just minutes away. It is located adjacent to the North Pool, Woodlands Golf Course and the north tennis courts. You can bike ride to Benham Falls and Fort Rock Park/Tennis Hill. McDivot's Snack Bar is located at Woodlands Golf Course and serves breakfast, lunch and snacks. The 'North Store' is located two miles away for groceries and movie rentals. Many miles of biking and running trails. Raft the Deschutes River and fishing at nearby lakes. Sage Springs Spa provides both a gym to workout and a spa. The Sunriver Mall has many of Sunriver's best restaurants.
Other activities include horseback riding at the stables, “glowball” mini golf and outdoor summer concerts. Sunriver has several children and teen programs available. The South Pool features a water slide. In the winter, nearby Mt. Bachelor offers skiing, snowboarding and snowmobiling.
We have 3 TVs, 2 DVDs and a CD stereo. Kitchen sports a range, oven, dishwasher, microwave and all utensils necessary for preparing meals. The dining area comfortably seats 6, with 4 more at the island and place settings for 12.

We're going back. That is a testament to how much we enjoyed this home during our first stay. Everything was as advertised. There was plenty of room to spread out and be private, yet had a comfortable living room to connect with everyone. Owners were great to work with and accommodated all of our requests. The location is close to all of the amenities of Sunriver, yet was still very quiet. Thanks!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We had wonderful time in your home! The home's layout is great - three very large bedrooms with private bathrooms. Even though it's a townhome, there are no shared walls (very private). The living room has plenty of seating as does the dining area. We BBQ'ed several evenings and made use of outdoor deck too. The community pool is visible from the deck, just a short walk across the greenway. I highly recommend the community pool, rather than the busy, noisy Sunriver North Pool or Sharc Center. There were plenty of bikes and other toys for our use. The home was very clean and well stocked (even plenty of pool towels). The owner was really easy to reach and very accommodating. We look forward to staying here again! You have a beautiful home! Thank you for sharing it with us.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We go to Sunriver often for tennis tournaments and this property has been our favorite place so far. We loved it! Perfect location, just a few steps from Woodlands tennis courts, golf, and bike trails. High quality/very comfortable beds, well-stocked house, very clean. The owner was reliable and great to deal with. We highly recommend this property to anyone especially tennis players and families with children. Clean and well-maintained pool too.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Year Purchased: 2003
About the owner: I and my partner have owned the home since 2003. We purchased the home to take our families to and just have fun. Living in the Portland area Sun River is a 3 hour drive and well it. Since we purchased the place our children have gotten older and we haven't been able to get over there as much as the kid's are all active in sport's, school and more. Since we know longer use the place as much we thought we would let other groups enjoy it.
Why the Owner Chose Eaglewood:
Travelling all over the US you learn that Sunriver is just a great summer as well as winter outdoor paradise. Mountains, fishing, rafting, biking, skiiing, tennis, golf, SUN. It really has it all.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
Eaglewood has it's own wonderful pool to play in and is just a short walk to the tennis courts. My typical day is I run, play tennis go for a swim then in the afternoon golf. By then I'm ready to barbecue on the deck and play cards at night. About 9:00 I'm ready for bed and set to do it all over again the next day.
