Parking is not a hassle, you are provided with a driveway. But really, there is no need to drive, shopping and transportation are within walking distance. Muni buses and Bart stops are nearby.

Balboa Park is within walking distance for tennis, an indoor swimming pool, basketball courts and playground for children. A true urban city park. City College of San Francisco is close by on Ocean Ave. The N Judah streetcar will take you directly into downtown, the hub to all tourist attractions.
