This was our second year at this house and we had a wonderful time. The beach is a short walk away and the pool is very relaxing. Be sure to have lunch at the Seaside Deli around the corner. Imagine staying in one of those grand palatial villas you see in Venice -- OK, this home's not right on a canal, but it is virtually on the beach, which is better, right? This home is magnificent; the beach inviting and mere steps away. Although I couldn't exactly swim laps in the pool, it's a lovely oasis for cooling off and the hot tub is, well, decadently luxurious. In a quiet neighborhood away from the hubbub of touristy Florida. We didn't want to leave this home at all; we even barbequed rather than dining out! It's truly a private haven far, far away from the snowy North. We'll be back!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
