This comfortable 1/1 on St. Pete Beach at Sun Harbor is perfect for a beach getaway or a Winter Home for our Northern Friends! Sun Harbor is a small enclave of 20 units. It is friendly and quiet. It is in a spectacular location, only steps away from the sand and warm Gulf of Mexico water! But you do not need to leave the condo to enjoy the Florida lifestyle, as your living room overlooks a beautiful cove off of the Intracoastal. Sit on your patio and enjoy the antics of dolphin and manatees playing at your back door! Or maybe fish off the docks. There are two day docks available for residents' use. The condo has a king-sized bed, as well as a queen sleeper sofa. The living room and hall have a new laminate floor; while the bedroom enjoys plush carpeting & a 32' flat screen TV. The living room has a 50' flat screen! Cable, wi-fi and digital phone are included as well, for our guests' convenience.
