My sisters and I enjoyed the 3 bedroom condo and had such a great time. It was great working with Lisa and the condo was so clean...we felt right at home! Beautiful beach view from the master bedroom..just breathtaking sunrise and sunsets!! I would highly recommend this rental unit and the owner. Thanks Lisa...we really enjoyed our trip!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We really enjoyed the keyless entry, fully stocked kitchen and convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit. 3 adults and 5 kids fit nicely in this condo. The indoor pool came in handy on our only rainy day. The condo is close to St. Andrews state park where the kids swam in the protected jetty on our two double red flag (no swimming allowed days) Check out Dusty's Oyster Bar for amazingly good seafood service and atmosphere-the kids enjoyed feeding the turtles and huge carp on the balcony out back and the staff was much friendlier and kid oriented than The Back Porch. This is a penthouse unit so the balconies were off limits to our 4,5,6,and 7 year old kids. Some of the condos have replaced their railings and they were higher and more closely spaced. This is 2 levels with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom 1 bathroom downstairs with the kitchen dining living room. The stairs are very steep so the very old and very young need the downstairs bedroom. I would definitely go back and recommend to friends and family.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing.

Had a great time. Condo was very nice and clean. Beach was wonderful. Condo had a great view of ocean and lake .Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

I would recommend this property to everyone. I called owner with an issue when we arrived and she had someone there the next day . She was great to work with and has a beautiful property. Will be taking my family back.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We stayed for a week, and had a great time. There was plenty to do around the condo and plenty to do outside of the condo around town. At the same time it was a great place to just relax if that's what we felt like doing that day. Being right on the beach was awesome for my wife, three year old, and me. I would highly recommend.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Loved Pinnacle Port. Condo was very nice and roomy. Provided all you would want. Beaches and water were perfect. What a wonderful time we had at PH2 during spring break. The great view of the gulf and lake powell from the water front balconies was outstanding. The condo is so tastefully decorated with a beach theme that even indoors you know you are at the beach. The unit has been updated recently and had every thing we needed. We had seven in our party and there was plenty of room. A TV in every bedroom and the living room kept everyone updated on the beautiful Florida weather day to day. Plus, remember your fishing gear as you can fish from the dock or banks of the lake. We will stay here again in the future. Pinnacle Port is loacated at the quiet end of the beach so if you are looking for peace and tranquility, this is the place.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We went to Panama City Beach Florida for a relaxing family vacation. We had that and much more!!!! The Condo and complex were amazing. We had anything we needed in the PH2 unit and the complex was so safe. We left our stuff out at the beach all week, no hauling chairs, boogey boards, kites, etc. The water was so beautiful!!! We saw some breath taking sunsets each evening. We saw dolphins daily while hanging out on the beach. The shells are endless; they are all over and so pretty. The location was perfect, groceries, restaurants, gas, anything you need nearby, but while in the complex it felt so secluded and peaceful. The owner, Lisa was very very accommodating and so easy to work with. We will most definitely be spending more vacations at one of Lisa's properties at Pinnacle Port. She has several other 1 bedroom units that are just as nice as PH2. We went and saw them while we were there, simply adorable, one cuter than the next. Thanks for the great opportunity to spend an enjoyable week with my family!!!
