An absolutely stunning place, well worth the price. High-tech gadgets to please a 13-year-old boy and the kitchen that pleased a London foodie. Fantastic living space for a large family. The house is a bit tight for a powerchair, and the gravel on the driveway a bit loose, but overall an incredible place for a wheelchair user.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our family of 9 adults, a 2 month old baby, and a small dog all met in Cannon Beach for 3 nights 4 days to celebrate 3 functions. A 2nd wedding anniversary; and big 60 birthday, and a family memorial for an aunt that passed away in February. This was the most awesome place to do all of these things. This home was perfect in all ways. We all had enough space to spread out. The beach and views were perfect for long runs and just sitting on the deck taking in the sights. The kitchen was perfect - equipped with all things one would need. The washer and dryer were used daily. Bathrooms also were well equipped. The only small detail we would suggest to the owner is the bar b que - it does need some cleaning attention. We would highly recommend this place to all. We have even discussed coming back every year. Please consider this awesome place - I do not believe you will be disappointed.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, pet owners, families with young children.

I rented the house for 5 nights and, unbelievably, the weather was absolutely perfect the whole time allowing for many beach walks and lovely sunsets. There were six ladies and all had comfortable beds and lots of room in the large living area. We cooked all our meals in the large, well equipped kitchen as it was so nice there, no one wanted to go out!! The lighting was a little complicated but we had an engineer in the group who eventually figured it all out! Thanks for the dog gifts and equipment. First time for Charlie at the beach and he loved every minute of it!! The house was immaculate on our arrival. Only suggestions would be several more dish towels and table lamps in the living area. I would definitely recommend your home to anyone and hope to come back one day myself. This is a beautiful house in a perfect location The views are spectacular!. We spent a lot of time watching the moonlight on the water. The mountain views from the front deck are great as well. The beach is just steps from the deck, and great for beach combing at low tide. It's also a perfect beach for long walks. We built sand castles and played in the (chilly) surf. We had 13 people (including small children) and plenty of space for everyone. The home's interior is beautiful, the bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen makes cooking a pleasure, and the sitting room's views make this a dream home. The owner did a great job of communicating about any questions or concerns. I hope to visit again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our stay was everything we had hoped for. The house has spectacular views, we were able to get a couple of days of sunshine and the sunset was breathtaking and that mixed in with a couple days of storms made it even more enjoyable. The house was located not far from everything we needed and for 2 couples staying there, the upstairs bedrooms were a perfect fit. We would not hesitate to stay here again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

View! View! View! This house has such an amazing view! The location was very sweet, right in between Cannon Beach and Manzanita, so we often felt like we had the entire beach to ourselves! The decor was very contemporary, which we loved. In addition, this house was the most well-stocked vacation rental I have stayed in! Not just in the kitchen, but providing extra blankets, games, movies, etc. etc. And the basket full of dog necessities (beach towels, treats, bowls) further showed their acceptance of our four-legged friends! We will definitely be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Owner info
Year Purchased: 2011
About the owner: This is a home that had been our family for a while and we wanted to enjoy it for years to come. We love to visit as a family with our little dog and just sit around and relax. We love the winter storms, watching those wild clouds come across the Pacific. We love exploring the beach, taking the morning to walk up and down, looking for perfect sand dollars. We love waiting for a really low tide, so we can get to the next beach south. We love to eat out, we love to eat in, we love sleeping and waking to the sound of the surf.
Why the Owner Chose Arch Cape:
Once you visit the Northern Oregon Coast, explanation of why we purchased a vacation home here won't be needed.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The view. The view. The view.
The quiet. The quiet. The quiet.
