Welcome to La Perla! This is the newest luxury condominium complex in Tamarindo. This ocean view, three bedroom, three bath luxury condo is located in Tamarindo and a short walk to beach and downtown! You will find yourself walking distance to restaurants, shops, banks and more, so a car is not necessary.
This exclusive ocean view 2,200 SF property is beautifully furnished and features a king-size bed in the master with private bath, garden tub and dual vanity. There is also another King bed in the 2nd guest bedroom and two twin beds in the 3rd guest bedroom. This home sleeps up to six in beds and beds are only high-quality pillowtop mattresses. The large, gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and cookware, granite countertops, wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances and washer/dryer. Free Wi-Fi, local phone calls, Cable TV, and 24-hour security included. There is covered parking underground, elevator access, private pool with ocean view. There is a large covered outdoor balcony with ocean view and a balcony off of the master bedroom and guest bedroom. Webber Gas BBQ is located on the balcony for your use.
Daily maid service available for an additional fee. All linens are provided. Flat-screen televisions in living room and guest bedroom. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms. Nic pool with plenty of space to relax.
We are here to help with your tour reservations, fishing charters, rental car reservations and offer private transport to and from the Liberia and San Jose International Airports for an additional fee. There is a lot to say about our stay at La Perla # 2-4, the service, and Blue Water Properties of Costa Rica. They made everything really easy, from the booking of the condo, to the rental car reservations, excursion reservations, and shuttle from the airport at pick up and drop off. They did it all for us! Becky and Mateo thank you so much you made our stay an experience we will always remember. Now about the condo. This condo is fabulous! Clean, modern, and new. Balcony off the living/kitchen area has a large table where you can enjoy your morning cup of CR coffee, missing that already. Master bedroom is huge it's really nice. Moving on...the location is perfect. We walked down into town several times leaving our rental car at the condo. Plenty of shopping, rentals, restaurants, bars, and even a Subway. Try the Pizza in town! I don't remember the name of the restaurant but they bake their pizza in the outside brick pizza oven and it's done in 3 minutes, good CR pizza. I can go on and on but will wrap it up by saying Blue Water Properties of Costa Rica will be highly recommended by us they truly made it easy from the beginning and were there for us throughout our stay. Mateo was in contact with us making sure we had a great time on our fishing trip, and our trip to Guachipelin which I highly recommend. Just like anywhere you go a few glitches but absolutely nothing that ruined our stay or trip. Mosquitoes! Make sure to use some repellant always. I caught a cold while on vaca but the local pharmacy has the best meds, better than the States. Lost power a few times at the condo but it was back up and running within a few minutes. The pool area needs some pool furniture and shade for that CR sun, it's hot! No workout room yet, but I'm sure it will be really nice when constructed. Finally...Don't pack much, there is a washer and dryer at the condo that you are able to wash instead of over packing like we did. We will return for sure.

Amazing place, great amenities, super clean, just fabulous all around! Loved that the kitchen was so well stocked with dishes/appliances so we could do a lot of our own cooking. W/D was so handy in the condo. The pool has just breathtaking views of the ocean. My fiance actually proposed to me up there it was so beautiful! You would not regret choosing La Perla or BWP!

La Perla was wonderful
La Perla was wonderful
We stayed at La Perla in this unit for 7 weeks and loved it. It is so big and roomy and very clean. The linens and beds were awsome and the kitchen very well equipped. The grounds were very well kept and the staff very friendly and helpful with a little spanish. The walk to town and the beach was about 10 minutes on a dusty uneven road typical of Costa Rica but the restaurants are abundant. Our favorites were Nimbana and Witches Rock. Best pizza was La Baulas. Grocery shopping was done at AutoMercado just outside of Tamarindo walk there and take a cab back for $4.00 US . The pool is beautiful but does not have enough shade for the hot sun could use some better pool furniture. Rob and Becky at BlueWater were there if we ran into any problems, Thank you both. Tamarindo is an upscale beach town and prices reflect this aspect, expect to pay more for groceries and souvenirs. Fran & Dave Ontario Canada

Tamarindo is a great town with a beautiful beach. Great for surfing and swimming. Tamarindo has all the services one would want--shopping, great restaurants, banking and nightlife. There are so many great outdoor activities: Canopy tours, catamaran tours, ATV, horse back riding, surfing, scuba diving, volcano day trips, white water rafting to name a few!
