Our Sanibel Island poolside condo, located directly on the beach, is waiting for you. Perfectly suited for couples, families, golf getaways, or a week with the girls! King bed in Master with private bath, two twin beds in guest room with a full bath, a Queen sleeper sofa, and a twin bed in the private loft area.
Beautifully furnished in the Tommy Bahama island style and ideally situated. Relax in front of the new 42” flat screen TV in the living room, or head up to the loft sitting area to take in a view of the Gulf. Don’t worry about packing beach towels, chairs, umbrellas or tennis rackets – we’ve got them for you. There’s also a child’s bike and helmet for your use. Relax and enjoy our bit of paradise!

This was our second vacation here and we can't wait to go back! Sanibel is a truly special place and the condo is absolutely beautiful. All freshly painted, new furniture, totally updated, spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing time. Unique seaside touches throughout. We enjoyed having our coffee watching spectacular sunrises! Our days were full walking the beach, collecting shells, fishing, swimming in the gulf or beautiful pool and riding our bikes all over the island. We loved being able to sit on the lanai after a day in the sun and then either grilling out or going to one of the many great restaurants on the island. Jodi was wonderful to work with and so helpful with any questions. We LOVE Sanibel and will return to this special place soon:)Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

My girlfriends and I can't stop talking about the fabulous experience we had in Sanibel Island. We rented this perfectly furnished, freshly painted condo in late February and the weather was amazing. The condo is located right on the beach and there's a great pool too right outside the balcony. You can't ask for a better location as every restaurant and shop is either a short drive or (preferably) a fun bike ride away. I highly recommend this for families as the condo is very roomy and the kids will enjoy the freedom of going from the pool to the beach to the tennis courts all day long.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

My mother and I took a vacation and were lucky enough to rent this condo for the week. It is just one building away from the beach and the pool is just below the condo so everything you need to relax is at your fingertips. The condo was clean and inviting, and appeared to have been freshly painted and furnished. It was a feeling of home away from home which is what we were hoping for. The island is a wonderful place to visit for single adults or families with children as there is plenty to do for everyone. We enjoyed eating out and time at the wildlife refuges with tours and walks. And everyone we met was warm and smiling. Even though we went in the "off season" the weather was fabulous and the area wasn't crowded so we practically had the place to ourselves. We would highly recommend this vacation spot and this condo (and actually we already have to several people). We will definately be back next year!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

About the owner: We are an acitve family of five. On Sanibel, we've discovered the perfect place to stay busy and relax. Tennis, running, shelling, biking, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, and relaxing on the beach with a good book is the perfect vacation!
Why the Owner Chose Coquina Beach:
We searched both coasts until we decided upon Sanibel for our vacation home. We visited family here in 2010 and discovered what a special place it was. Although our unit only 30 minutes from Fort Myers airport, it feels remote and secluded once you drive over the causeway. There are wonderful outlet shops before you come on the isladd, and lovely boutiques on Sanibel. We've discovered great restaurants and coffee shops -- all within a quick bike ride from the condo.It has everything a family needs!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
You can step on the lanai and check on the kids swimming in the pool, call them up for lunch without having to go down. It's only steps to the beach, You can do all your shopping and eating without a car -- we rent bikes and hop on! We're tennis players, and we love having a private court. So convenient and Coquina is close to so many stores, boutiques and restaurants. Every morning we take a 5 mile walk to the lighthouse and back, then jump on our bikes and go to The Lighthouse Cafe or the Sanibel Bean for the best coffee and breakfasts on the island! Then pack a cooler and head to the beach.
