  This place is very good value for the money. It was very clean, well maintained and the owner was very accommodating. Very good location about a 20 minute walk to downtown. Ceiling is low and rooms had very little to no natural light. I only used this place to sleep and did not spend much time during the day. If I was spending any time other then sleeping I would not recommend but is great for anyone who is out most of the day.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing.

  I have to say that the experience I had was perfect! The space is clean and a great size! The decor is modern clean and there is even lots of space for your extras being that I had three large suitcases and a lot of clothing! Everything you think you may need for your stay is there including cutlery and plate ware when you may want to have a little meal at home! Great cable tv and Internet and the owners are available always if you need them but give you your privacy. There is a very secure separate entrance and even a little back yard! The bed is ver comfortable and they leave you needing nothing! Like a hotel only better! The area is amazing, it's on a side street but right downtown so it's quiet but you can walk anywhere or take the 24 transit or easily flag a taxi! The unit has central heating and air conditioning as needed. The bathroom is beautifully done and I had a guest come part way thru my trip and stay in the second bedroom to which she loved as its very private. I have no hesitation recommending this spot and hope to stay again next year when I return if its available!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

  Location,Location, Location!! The property is 1 block off of trendy Queen Street West - which means walking distance to a great variety of local restaurants, boutiques and parks. Easy access to public transit is a bonus, but really you can walk anywhere and the lake is less than 20 min away. The property was clean and Manny is more than helpful with any questions/needs that arose. I would highly recommend it and will use it again next time I'm back in Toronto.
