Newcastle house description
Location, location, location. Artists have been inspired by this property due to its river bend location and the near, middle and infinity views. Field running to the water, with a cathedral-like glen of pine trees on a point of land jutting into the water. The house is well appointed with sophisticated amenities. All on one level, the house is easy to keep tidy, with an expansive great room with the kitchen off the side (and with its own sweet river view as well). With many activities and pursuits nearby, this is the place you return to after a long day, or if you are a avid nature lover, spend the days on the river in our kayaks paddling along protected shoreline of the Marsh and Sheepscot Rivers. A screened porch for dining on the corner of the house feels like you are floating above the field, looking out at the river's bend. It is a 240 degree view.
