  This condo was perfect! I can get pretty picky on my vacations, and I really loved this condo and location. Our family of 4 and my parents had plenty of room. The location was great because we could see the kids (teens) swimming from our balcony and could still enjoy the beautiful view of the beach. "NO WIND" on balcony was great, I've stayed in great locations before, but can't enjoy the outside because of the winds off the gulf. Owner was awesome and professional, answered all our questions in a timely manner. The resort was great overall as well. VERY CLEAN, and well managed. We will for sure be returning soon.

  One of the best condos we have ever stayed in! The owner is very responsive and easy to work with when making reservations. She always answered any questions I had in a timely manner. We had a great time! Waterscape is our favorite place to stay in the Destin/Ft. Walton area.

  Wow this condo has it all. The location of this unit was spot on! The elevator that leads downstairs to the pool was right outside our door and so was the trash shute. She had everything we needed and I could contact her at anytime. Beautifully maintained and decorated this place had it all. The beautiful view of the pools and the beach all in one. I can't wait to go back!!!!,! Thank you so much Lillian for sharing your home!

  Our family had an awesome week at this unit and the Waterscape facilities! We loved the accomodations in the unit and had plenty of room for our party of 6 (3 adults and 3 kids). Waterscape offers everything you could want with the pools and lazy river and the location right on the beach. This particular unit was perfect for us because we had such an awesome view of the pools from the 5th floor balcony plus still had a great view of the gulf! We were able to safely let the kids go down to the pool areas while keeping a watchful eye on them from the balcony! Hope we get to go back soon!

  Thanks Lillian for sharing your home away from home with us. Everything was great - the location, the view, the pool area and the short walk to the beach. My kids took one look when we arrived and announced I had made a great decision. Rental was easy and painless. We hope to visit again in the future.

  The condo was beautiful and very spacious. The owner was a great person and made sure everything was done before our arrival, she even brought us chocolate chip cookies. Great location and the condo was beautifully decorated. I would definitely stay again and will tell all my friends. My children did not want to leave very relaxing and kid friendly.

  We absolutely LOVED this CONDO. My family was so extremely comfortable and the furnishings were superb! The photos were exact! The Condo was so very very clean and ultra comfortable. The owner is simply a gem! She was so responsive to any question we had. The location was amazing...we found it perfect for all we wanted to do. We had a great ocean view and also a view of all the pools too! In the afternoon the balcony was shaded and very, very comfortable. We had 6 people in the Condo and never ever felt crowded even a tiny bit. We will definitely choose to stay here again. LOVED it!!! My family continues to talk about how fantastic this Condo was even after our return home!! Thank you so much Lilian! We will be back again. We will also recommend it to friends and family.

  This unit is beautiful! The views are great, and the decor and furnishings are top notch. The owner was very accommodating on such short notice. The unit is much more spacious than the pictures show. We had a full house (with a two year old), and plenty of room and privacy. The resort amenities are fantastic as well. I highly recommend this unit!!

  We had an incredible week at Waterscape B514! The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The Owners were very accommodating and wonderful to deal with. The location of the condo was perfect....views of both the pool area and the ocean. Everything we were looking for in our vacation! My kids rank this as one of their favorite vacations, and we have to agree!

  The resort is just amaizing. Let me start by saying that the location and the view were very nice! We felt right at home as soon as we entered. It has everything you need and so clean. We want to return as soon as we can and we are planning to go back. What more can I say. We has a wonderful time. Thank you agian for your warm hospitality.
