Welcome to our wonderful get-away home in Bear Trap Dunes resort community located near Bethany Beach, DE. Bear Trap Dunes is a great spot for a family vacation or golf get-away with friends.
Our new, smoke-free single family home includes four bedrooms, one den with single bed, three and a half baths, kitchen, dining area, and a screened porch on the first level. The house has a single car garage. There are a total of four TV's with either VCR or DVD players. The house has eight beds and can sleep eight golfers or a family of 10 to 12. Linens are provided for all beds. No towels are provided.
The new pool is a few minutes walk from our house and the beach shuttle is also very close.
Bear Trap Dunes is a great golf and tennis community with the only 27-hole championship golf course located within Delaware's quiet resorts of Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island. Try the new Bistro Restaurant; it is is excellent and seldom crowded.

Year Purchased: 2003
Married couple who both love the beach and felt this home would be a good investment. I am a remodeler and my wife is a teacher. We both work hard and like to "play" at the beach to unwind. I also enjoy skiing and motorcycling, wifey enjoys scrap booking and her many close friends. We both love and appreciate our children and family.

All the amenities at Bear Trap, walk to pools, fitness center, on site restaurant, shuttle to the beach and interesting surrounding area. Many fantastic restaurants in the area and lots to do for or with children. Lots of oulet shopping nearby for those who shop 'til they drop.

We had a wonderful time at this home in June 2010. It was just my small family (we have 2 kids) but there was ample space for more people. I think there were 2 BR+Den+1BA on the upper floor and 2 BR+2.5BA downstairs. The two downstairs master BRs, each with full baths, are excellent for people who don't want to climb stairs! The home was clean and perfectly decorated for a vacation home, with relaxing palm tree theme throughout. The kitchen was fully stocked and clean, and open to the dining and living room. This was helpful for me to prepare meals or clean up while keeping an eye on the kids playing in the living room. We used the community's well-kept pools and exercise room. The owner was extremely helpful, responsive, and professional, even though her daughter was getting married the weekend prior! I would be delighted to stay here again in the future.

We just returned from our 4th visit to this house and its still amazing. The owners are incredibly friendly and always accomodating. Its really nice to see the additions they are making as time goes on. We are ready to book our 5th visit for the spring.

Last year I rented this property with 6 others and again this year with 8 others. We had a wonderful time. This house is meticulously maintained and is close to everything. I would recommend this home to anyone. I cant wait to go back in 3 weeks for another visit.

We rented this property this past weekend for a group of 7 adults. We were all thoroughly pleased. The house is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very well stocked. Very convenient to outlet shopping also.
