Beau West REBORN after 20 years!
Nestled in the pines just 500 yards from the base of Winter Park Ski Area, this former B&B has been completely renovated by its original owners. Now a vacation rental, Beau West is the perfect location for multi-family vacations, family reunions, group ski trips, summer workshops and retreats.
Beau West has taken on a new slant. It is sophisticated, hip, and handsome with a nod to local history and Southwest flair. This cozy home-away-from-home will accommodate up to 17 (or 21 with lock-off unit). Each of the 5 bedrooms includes a private bath and unique style. Spectacular views, atmosphere and location! Walk over to the base in the morning and ski back to the house for lunch.
Enjoy views of the majestic Continental Divide from the hot tub and large deck. The Great Room includes a gas fireplace and large-screen TV. A spacious modern kitchen has been elegantly appointed with gas range and large oven, Sub-Zero refrigerator, 2 sinks, microwave, pantry and center island open to living/dining area. Three bedrooms with private baths and a powder room are also located on the main floor.
Two master bedroom suites, each with a gas stove and private patio, and a laundry room are located on the lower level.
Room #1 features a king bed and private ¾ bath; sleeps 2.
Room #2 is a bunk room with two sets of bunks (2 extra-long twins and 2 short twins), flat-screen TV, and a ¾ bath; sleeps 4.
Room #3 has a queen bed and a day-bed. It boasts an en suite bath with large Jacuzzi tub. Sleeps up to 3.
Room #4, on the lower level, includes a full bath, gas fireplace, patio, one queen bed, one double bed and sleeps 4.
Room #5, also on the lower level, features a gas fireplace, patio, full bath, one queen bed, one double bed and sleeps 4.
There are three parking spaces for Beau West guests adjacent to the front entrance. Additional public parking can be found at the bottom of Fir Drive, across Winter Park Drive.
Beau East, the owners unit, is not available to the public.

I came here in the summer with 7 of my friends and stayed for 3 days. I will defintely return (during ski season too)! The enitre experience was welcoming. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by how clean, modern, and equipped the rental was. For sleeping so many it was also extremely homie and fully stocked with anything we could have possible needed. We planned on running, hiking, and biking the local trails around WP and were struck by how convienent this location was for everything. Furthermore, we decided right then and there that we had to come back during ski season because you can literally ski right to the front door of this rental. The owners were more than accomodating. I had many questions before we arrived and they fielded everyone quickly and respectfully. They even followed up afterwards regardin my experience. I got the feeling that they would have been reachable during my stay too if anything went wrong but I did not call. Lastly, the rental sleeps so many and so comfortably. When I saw that it slept 17 online I was imagining a huge castle. Rather, I was met by a cozy, rustic-looking outside, and a modern, prestine, and comfortable inside. If you have the chance don't waste it, rent this property!
