Alotta Casa is an exceptionally well maintained and fully furnished ocean front home in a private gated community. Huge oceanfront patio with gazebo, bar, fire pit, barbeque, hot tub, beach shower. Bedrooms are large and beautifully decorated. Air conditioning, fully equipped modern kitchen including dishwasher and extra refrigerator in laundry room; 2 washers and dryers. 4 car garage. Satellite TV, internet access, phone service.
Las Conchas is a quiet community away from the town crowds and high rises of Sandy Beach. It is a great place for families, over 55’s, or those looking for a romantic getaway. Just a 10 minute drive into town with restaurants, bars, fresh fish and shrimp market, shopping. The sea and sunset views and beaches are beyond compare.
Winter visitors crave the weather and quiet beaches. Year round visitors enjoy deep sea fishing, golfing, water sports, bird watching, and of course, long leisurely beach walks.
Puerto Pensasco, located on the Gulf of California or Sea of Cortez, is part of a unique ecosystem. It is home to a large variety of sea and bird life as well as being the sight of one of the largest tide changes in the world. Eco tours can be arranged through CEDO (Center for Study of Ocean and Dessert) which is located right in Las Conchas. There is even a small aquarium situated just outside the Las Conchas gate.
This luxurious but beach friendly home sleeps up to 12 comfortably, with 4 large bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Bedrooms are large with TV’s, full bathrooms, plenty of extra bedding, pillows and decorated beautifully. Two master suites have king size bed with ocean views. The third bedroom has two queen beds and bedroom 4 (lower level) has a king size bed and bunk with double bottom, and private entry to beach—perfect for young families with children.
The large patio features: a hot tub, gazebo, bar, built in barbecue, fire pit, plenty of lounge furniture and seating...perfect for entertaining, family gatherings, reunions, watching the dolphins.

We have been staying in Las Conchas for 20 plus years and this is the nicest house on the beach. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would find in a gourmet kitchen and it was all in like new condition. There were plenty of extra bath and kitchen towels, two washers and dryers complete with soap. The house is designed to accommodate extra large families with children of all ages. A place to play for everyone. Extra large garage. The beach is truly just easy steps away. We usually have to haul extra items to Rocky point but you need to bring nothing except a great attitude! Larry is very easy to work with:) And the patio has enough area for shade or getting that good Rocky Point tan!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Wow what a beautiful home!! This was the nicest home we have ever rented in Rocky Point!! The home has a luxurious, clean, safe feel and is very well equipped. The check-in/check-out process was the best we have ever had! 10 of us were here for a writing retreat, and the accommodations were truly fabulous: exactly as the photos showed. The decor is gorgeous and everything is beautifully maintained. Alotta Casa is probably the nicest beach house in the region. My wife and I have walked the beaches and visited open houses, too. We go there with our married friends and have a great time. The guys go fishing and then return and do the cooking in the giant gourmet kitchen and on the outdoor grill. The women read, go shopping and drink margaritas. The house is clean and huge, with multiple bathrooms, so we never get in each other's way. The photos here tell the story. When we first opened the front door and walked inside, our eyes went immediately to the beautiful sea view through the rear windows. Fresh linens, wireless web access, easy land line phone connection to U.S., kayaks, all kitchen settings and tools. Just bring food. The one-hour drive from the U.S. border to this gated neighborhood is uneventful. We always feel safe here. Management is honest and responsive. We send in our deposit check and never worry about it. One of my pals calls this place "Mexico Light." To me, it is more like Malibu without the California price tag.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Family and adult children stayed at the Alotta Casa for one week after Christmas 2011. We have stayed in Mexico after Christmas for about five years and this location and home was the nicest we have been in. Everything was clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The large deck and great beach access was unbelievable. Also, there are no 4 wheelers or fireworks on the beach which makes the stay very quiet. Everything worked perfectly from the quick drive down from northern Arizona to the activities in the town of Rocky Point. And the weather was perfect. We would not hesitate to rent this home again and hopefully that will happen in 2012!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About: Larry & Julie Beaumont have been involved in the Puerto Peñasco (Rocky Point), Sonora Mexico real estate development market since 1993. In 1995 they moved their family to Puerto Peñasco , where their 3 children (Travis, Amy & Carrie) attended the local schools for 4 years. Larry Beaumont has been an Arizona real estate broker since 1980. After 9 years with two of the largest real estate companies in Phoenix Arizona, Larry & Julie opened their own business, Realty Network Inc, in 1988. In 1993 they became active in Mexico real estate development. An artist at heart (and former Arizona school art teacher), Julie's decorating, 'wall sculptures' and artistic touches make our beachfront property unique and very detailed. Being avid fitness devotees, the Beaumonts have always enjoyed the running, swimming, kayaking, bicycling & boating activities and laid back lifestyle that Puerto Peñasco has to offer. In 2008 they opened a Fitness Center to share their passion with the locals of Puerto Peñasco, as well as an amenity for their own real estate clientele. In 2009 they competed in the Rocky Point Las Palomas Triathlon together. The Beaumonts currently split their time between Phoenix and Puerto Peñasco.
