We had a fantastic time at John's condo last summer, so much that we are booked again for summer 2013! The condo layout was very clean andspacious and we loved having 2 bathrooms to get ready to go out! The beds were very comfy, especially after a long day of snorkeling or bumming around the beautiful island. The kitchen provided everything we needed to make breakfast in the morning, and snacks and dinner at night! We absolutely loved the location as well. From the view off both balconies, we watched swimmers, boaters, and sunrises!!! We rented a car, and found the condo location to be very convenient to shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The 3 pools on property were very refreshing after a day on the beach, and the restaurants were delicious! Loved Iggies!!! Any time I had a question for John on anything St. Thomas, he was quick to answer, and had tons of useful info. on where to go, what to eat, what to do... Thank you John for such a wonderful time at your condo, we look forward to our visit again, and are counting down the days!!!! My husband and I travel frequently to the Caribbean with our children, and we were pleasantly surprised by our experience at this condo. It was very clean and spacious. The views of the water - both sunrise and sunset were very enjoyable every day. We had a great time at the different pools and the beach. It was quiet, friendly, and very safe. If we didn't feel like driving somewhere for dinner, we had the choice of three different restaurants along with water within an easy, relaxing stroll. This bay had everything you would need - access to water sports, a nice beach, pools, restaurants, evening entertainment, great views, etc. Not only would we recommend this place to others, but we also look forward to coming back.Did you find this review helpful? Stayed at the condo 5 nights, it was great. Great spot by the sea, close restaurants. Condo was clean, comfortable beds, plenty of room for a family of 5, washer and dryer (ideal for reducing your luggage in half). Well equipped kitchen, dinnette with a view of the bay. 3 pools to choose from and the beach nearby. Quiet suroundings, friendly neighbors, great for relaxing. Felt just like home, the only difference, a view of a beach instead of a view of a snow covered yard :) Go eat at Iggies on the beach, a 5 minute walk from the condo! This is my very first review I have ever done on the internet. After we stayed at this condo, I had to give my first one! We highly recommend staying at this Condo! The condo is in a great location with a lot of activities! Bolongo bay resort, Iggies beach bar and grill is great! The use of 3 swimming pools, tennis court, 3 restaurants, sailing and scuba facility on site. We went snorkeling off the huge beach and noticed 3 large turtles, coral, a lot of tropical fish and rays. The condo is clean and open with a lot of light and well maintained! Sea Cliff Villa, on Bolongo Bay, St Thomas Island, was the perfect combination of everything we wanted to do on St Thomas, USVI. There is a nice balance of seclusion, amenities, beach, and nearby activities. I can't wait to go back! Some highlights of our stay at Sea Cliff Villa were the cleanliness, ease of entry, priceless view and quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The owner is very organized and understands all the details of managing a vacation rental. SO easy! Thanks John. We also loved the openness of the kitchen to the informal dining area and balconies. We would cook, hang out and drink wine, all while enjoying the magnificent view of Bolongo Bay. There were great services on the beach, like dive rentals and dive boats going out. The 3 restaurants all had a unique flair. We ended up at the beach bar and hammock, watching the world go by. Back up by the condo, we enjoyed wine by the cliff pool overlooking a 180degree view of the islands. Again, I would recommend this accommodation in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway on St Thomas.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Reservation dates will not be locked until the Short Term Rental Agreement is signed and received by both parties.
Seven days after receiving the signed copy of the Short Term Rental Agreement your 3-night reservation deposit is due. This payment is payable by personal check (preferred method), bank check, e-check and credit cards. The balance of your rent and security deposit is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
All fees, taxes and house cleaning are included in your instant quote. There is a $500 security deposit that becomes a damage deposit after final payment is received. The damage deposit will be returned the day after we receive the keys back.

About the owner: I'm 57 years old living in Southern California. My wife and I purchased this property about 9 years ago when we lived in Philadelphia and have enjoyed vacationing here. We take pride in our property and are responsive to any of our renters' needs. This property is fully-furnished and has all the amenities of home!
Why the Owner Chose Bolongo Bay:
After traveling all 50 States, this was the first time I felt that I was somewhere special. It was still under the control of the United States so the language, laws, homeland security, mail, telephone, Coast Guard and other government amenities that I was used to in the States are here. Yet there is a beauty of the land and especially the water that cannot be found anywhere in the 50 States. The people are extremely polite and always greet you with 'good morning', 'good afternoon' or 'good night', which is the custom of the island. If you use this greeting with them, you will always be treated with respect. The Island has a slow pace and it takes a day or so to completely unwind, then suddenly you are more relaxed than anywhere else I have been.
