Our beautiful home sits at the end of a canal with western views towards the intercoastal. The sunsets are amazing. Two master bedrooms with balconies plus one additional bedroom. Den has twin day beds. Large living room, dining area on sun porch, eat-in kitchen, and office. House sleeps 8
Great neighborhood. Walk or easy bike ride to Atlantic Avenue, shops, and restaurants.
We lease to single family occupancy for Seasonal rentals and multi weeks only.
Rates do not include cleaning fees.
FL charges a 11.5% visitors tax.
We collect a Security Deposit for vacation rentals returnable sixty days after occupancy. Full rent is due 90 days before occupancy.

Dec-Feb, & April, $12,000.00 p/month, March $16,000.00, $9,000.00 for 2 weeks
May-November - $9,000.00 a month.
Two week rentals at Christmas and Easter breaks at 8000.00 for two weeks.
11% FLA tax and departure cleaning over four hours is not included.
$1000.00 security deposit on monthly rentals

I grew up in a beautiful house not too far away from this one, and watched this one being built when I was a child. What a treat to stay here for a week, with my family. We had a great time together...and, because the house is so spacious and well equipped, we were able to entertain friends as well. Everyone that came in the door, raved over how beautiful the house was...and they were right! I can't wait to go back!!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My two sisters and I and our families stayed at this fabulous house for the week of Thanksgiving. We had 10 people sleeping there and we all had our own beds and could have slept a few more had we needed to. The downstairs is very spacious and we loved the ability to walk to the beach and the Atlantic avenue shops as well as having a pool in the backyard. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and made a few things for a 90th birthday party for our dad and had all the utensils and cooking implements that we could have hoped for. Can't recommend it enough especially if you are a large group. Would love to come back again.

We just got back from our stay here and it was fabulous! The pictures do not do this house justice. The rooms are very spacious and clean. A wonderful layout which is very comfortable for a large group . Classic decor with an upscale old-time charm. Awesome pool and view! I would highly recommend "The Monkey House" to anyone wanting a large, comfortable, convenient vacation home. If you can pull yourself away from the pool and intercoastal views, the short walk to the beach is worth the trip. We also walked to Atlantic Ave for the shops, restaurants and galleries. I've stayed in many different places in Florida and Delray Beach and this house ranks right up there as one of the best places to stay.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Our vacation was amazing! The pool area is lovely and the view of the intercoastal is stunning, esp. at night. Everything was clean and cozy. We would defin. go back soon!

My family and I stayed here November 2004. I have to say my family was very, very happy staying at this beautiful home. It was very spacious, clean, comfortable. The pool was perfect, scenery beautiful, location only a short 1 block to the beautiful beach. You could not ask for a better place to stay. I hope to come back again.
