Our beautiful home sits at the end of a canal with western views towards the intercoastal. The sunsets are amazing. Newly renovated pool, patio area, surrounding terrace. Two master bedrooms with balconies plus one additional bedroom. Den has twin day beds. Large living room, dining area on sun porch, eat-in kitchen, and office. House sleeps 10.

Great neighborhood. Walk or easy bike ride to Atlantic Avenue, shops, and restaurants.

Rates do not include cleaning fees.
FL charges a 11.5% visitors tax.
We collect a $500.00 Security Deposit for vacation rentals on Signing the Lease returnable sixty days after occupancy. Full rent is due 60 days before occupancy.

  • My family and I stayed here November 2004. I have to say my family was very, very happy staying at this beautiful home. It was very spacious, clean, comfortable. The pool was perfect, scenery beautiful, location only a short 1 block to the beautiful beach. You could not ask for a better place to stay. I hope to come back again.
