Master Bedroom opens to the expansive green Yard & Patios, as does the Dining/Kitchen Area. Watch the Seaguls pass against the backdrop of Crashing Waves from your Living Room and Front Yard where you might even see passing Whales!
The famous Sunset Cliffs Natural Park is only a few blocks South, where you can enjoy hiking and exploring while you watch the surfers, some of whom travel long distances to experience this favorite location.

Loved every moment spent here. We stayed with our family and future in laws while we prepared for our daughter's wedding. The house is perfect for gatherings and we used everything available to us: the beach cruisers, the fire pit, the heater, and the BBQ. Every afternoon, wedding projects were put down and we went out to the front deck to watch the sunset. The backyard (amazing space) found us playing bocci ball games, and bean bag toss. Morning walks along the cliff (usually ended at OB donuts!) were routine. Thank you Natalie and Eddie for being so supportive and coming to our rescue, especially the Saturday morning when bridesmaids preparations resulted in setting off the breaker. Wonderful house, wonderful people, and many special memories. It was the BEST!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers.

This was the perfect home for our family gathering of ten of all ages! Families with children will love this home as the backyard is a fantastic playground for the kids. They loved it and it was a great gathering place for us all. The front deck and view is wonderful and we would just say "thank you" as those walking by would say how much they loved "our" deck. It was difficult to leave and I hope to return in the future. Thanks to Natalie for being so easy to work with.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

2 families shared this house and it exceeded expectations. If you have babies/toddlers this is ideal. Lots of extras, and most everything is babyproofed. The backyard is HUGE, the front deck is where you'll spend most of your time, brand new. The view is from Pt Loma to La Jolla. Great sound system in the living room. Lots of extras, likes surfboards, bikes, cooler, chairs, etc. Even a BOB stroller if needed. Lastly, the Propert Manager, Natalie, was very helpful and always available when needed. Enjoy!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

This home was absolutely stunning. Plenty of room, oceanfront view that was spectacular, and a home audio and entertainment system that was amazing. It was also a quick drive to grocery stores, great restaurants, and all the attractions in San Diego. I have stayed at several properties on both the east and west coast and this home had the most outstanding view and the best value of anything that I have ever experienced. We will definitely stay here during our next visit to San Diego.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.
