Come enjoy our newly built and decorated ocean front home. It has a large well equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and beautiful hardwood floors. Both the dining area and family room seat 10 people comfortably and offer great ocean views. You can enjoy morning coffee or afternoon drinks, reading on the large porch, listening to the ocean, watching the seagulls, pelicans and dolphins. We have free WIFI as well as cable TV's in all bedrooms. Three of the five bedrooms have queen beds and the remaining two have twin beds in each. Other features include an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, private walkway to the beach, gas grill and outdoor dining table with chairs. Linens and cleaning service are provided as well as beach chairs.

We absolutely loved everything about this house. It was our first visit to Kure Beach and this couldn't have been nicer. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed with more than enough room for 5 adults and 2 children. The kitchen had plenty of cookware, serving dishes and utensils, having the service for dish towels and sheets was wonderful so we didn't have to bring our own and the washer and dryer made it really easy for touch ups during the week. The kids loved the outside shower and it helped us keep the sand out of the house. We saw dolphins, found sand dollars overall we really relaxed and made great use of the huge back porch. From a family used to the busy crowds and long lines at Myrtle Beach, this was a TRUE VACATION!Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this lovely oceanfront home. Beach access is great, front porch is wonderful for eating and watching the ocean, etc. The inside of the home is lovely and very comfortable. Plenty of room. Great updated kitchen too. There are restaurants nearby as well. Would highly recommend this home!Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.

This house is a wonderful place to relax by the ocean! It is beautifully furnished with such bright happy colors! Everything was clean and very nice. The house is comfortable and welcoming. Our view from the porch was amazing! On some mornings, while enjoying our coffee, we saw dolphins playing in the waves. I could not believe how beautiful the water was! The colors were always changing - shades of jade, aqua, blue, grey- just like a painting! I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a home- away- from- home where relaxxing and having fun with your friends and family is your idea of a great vacation! Thank you for sharing your beach home with us!!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

Beautiful beach house, brand new construction, spacious, all the amenities and kept in impeccable condition by the owners who have put love and care into the details. Located on the beach so a few steps away from the ocean. Very close to many restaurants (try the SeaWitch Cafe and Tiki Bar on the Boardwalk or Fish Bites Seafood just down the road for great fresh seafood) and stores and a short drive to Wilmington or the Aquarium or the ferry to the quaint town of Southport. A wonderful place to get away to and relax. Thank you to the owners letting us stay there and experience the beauty of "McGee By The Sea"!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.

The Unique Benefits at this House:
There is great fishing right out front. Walk a few yards north or south and swim near the sand bars that are usually present. Take a 15-20 minute walk south to the Kure Beach Pier and enjoy local restaurants as well as an Arcade. A quick drive takes you to the Fort Fisher Aquarium as well as Fort Fisher Civil War Museum. You can hike or ride your bike through the Carolina Beach State Park. Wilmington is just 20 minutes away, where you can dine at the Historic riverfront with outside dining options. The USS North Carolina Battleship is just across the river. Take a day trip by ferry to the fishing village of Southport. Enjoy antiquing, dining and great shops.
