An easy walk over to Peak 9, this place has all the necessary accommodations. If you are looking for a place that does not break your wallet, but still provides a clean cozy environment then saddle up. It is no more than 5 minutes walking and can fit 10 comfortably within its two bedrooms and loft. The owner is very easy to deal with and makes the stay hassle free.

This place is great if you are looking for a great location for a reasonable price! It was a less than 3 minute walk to the base of Peak 9, who could ask for more? I would suggest this place for no more than 6 people just because the loft is smaller than what we thought it would be and would have been cramped with more than 2 people. This is the perfect place for 3 couples ( we had 8 people which is why it was a little snug). It was very clean and we had people in our group say it was nicer than other ski condo's they had stayed in. We had a small issue with the heat and the owners were quick to respond and sent the maintenance guy right out..I only point it out because the owners were easily reachable and responded quickly...i doubt you would have any problems here but IF you did they would resolve it quickly! We went to the Maggie (bar at Peak 9) every day after a long day of skiing and it was perfect to be able to walk home! It's a 5 minute walk to the Breckenridge Brewery and just a short walk from there to town, everything is easily accessible. Our group had a great time, and your group will too!

My family and I have spent time here the last two summers. We love the location, amount of space, swimming pool, and the many activities around the area. We are hoping to come back again this summer. I would recommend this condo.

just recently vistited Breck with our family of 6. really liked the location as it is in a quieter part of the resort over at Peak 9. just a short walk to the Quicksilver chair each morning was nice. right on the way to the lift is the kids center which was extra convenient. it seemed as if the furniture was really new which made it extra cozy in the spacious living room. overall just a really nice space as the price was really great and the owners were negotiable. looking forward to renting the same place next year! thank you!

I have to say that your condo provided us with the perfect location to enjoy Breckenridge and the surrounding area. Your place is clean, convenient, comfortable, well equiped and quiet We took the ten minute walk to town to shop in all the unique shopes and boutiques available and were delighted with all the fine restaurants We could walk to the ski lifts in fact you could very well navigate the entire area without a car. Shuttles and busses are everywhere. This is our third visit .We give this experience a five star rating and would highly recommend it to anyone. You can bike, hike, ski walk, fish or just take in the breath taking ambiance of the Rocky Mountians

cheap for a way to put up 6 teenagers, stale smell in bedding, floor caving in in one spot (seems a little dangerous since on top floor), is spacious, kitchen updated and lots of seating for meals, easy walk to town on trail, water leak on bed in second bedroom-didn't know that was the reason for dampness until last day when water leaking alot onto bed when someone showering upstairs, didn't see the updating except in kitchen, you have to step over the big heat vent to get on the deck, slider filthy, would upgrade to a better location next time but loved Breckenridge, pool and hot tub hours silly-closed at 6:00pm also too many kids in the pool to make it enjoyable
Owner response:The issue with the water leak was fixed immediately after the guest left the condo. We always ask that if you have any issue whatsoever to call us immediately. We have a great handyman that will show up as soon as possible. We want our guests to be as comfortable as possible. Please do not wait until after your departure. The pool has much longer hours during the winter months. Thank you!
