This charming 1200 sq. ft. three-bedroom ranch has been freshly painted with new floor coverings throughout. Relax with a good book in the family room or watch a dvd/video or satellite TV in the living room. There's plenty of room for everyone. All three bedrooms have new linens, comforters, and pillows to ensure restful nights and pleasant mornings.

Enjoy the wooded surroundings from two decks. Observe the many species of song birds, wild turkeys, and deer who call Havenwood home. Walk your own private trail through the woods. Cycle, walk, or drive to three Lake Michigan beaches within one to two miles. A short drive north or south will put you in the midst of summer fun either in Saugatuck or South Haven.

Only three miles from I-196 Exit 30 or 34, 45 miles from Grand Rapids, 130 miles from Chicago, 200 miles from Detroit, 66 miles from South Bend, and 100 miles from Lansing.
