This home is located north of Phoenix in the quiet neighborhood of Anthem. The stars shine brighter and the air is fresher in the outskirts of the city. You can enjoy shopping at the huge outlet mall, go to Lake Pleasant or drive an hour north to Sedona. The views from this home are spectacular with miles of unobstructed views of the mountains. You can enjoy the gorgeous sunsets across the panoramic desert and mountain landscape from the large backyard while barbequing or hanging out on the covered patio. The yard backs to a greenbelt area and there is a children’s playground behind the home.
There is plenty of room for everyone in this spacious 4 bedroom home. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs. The master suite upstairs is large and has a king bed and flat screen TV. You can open the sliding glass doors and be on the balcony that has western scenic views. The master bath is private and roomy. There are two other upstairs bedrooms. One has a queen bed and a flat screen TV and the other has 2 twin beds. There is another full bath in the hallway. The loft has another TV and is a great place to watch movies or play games on the comfortable couch. Downstairs is another bedroom with a queen bed, TV and full bathroom.
The family room is light and bright with comfortable leather furniture and a large stone gas fireplace. There are sliding doors leading to the patio and backyard. The kitchen is connected to the family room with a very open feeling. There is a kitchen island with granite slab counters and 3 stools. There are lots of upgrades and everything you would need in the kitchen. The breakfast table has room for 4 and faces the backyard view. There is a formal dining room with an oversized table that has room to entertain and it is connected to the formal living room. It is an ideal home for the whole family to spend their Arizona vacation.
