Enroute to this farmhouse, built in 1850, you pass a local vineyard as you enter the rural and serene farming area off the east branch of the Westport River. The house is open to the south and west, cows to the east, and a barn to the north, once a part of the farm. Enjoy the late afternoon light in a private, fenced-in, grassy area, followed by breathtaking sunsets.
Morning sun will softly light the fields and creep into the master bedroom that overlooks a cow pasture. The night sky is endless and filled with stars.
The first of three beaches is a mile away. Horseneck Beach is three miles away. If you like to bike, be prepared to discover miles of backcountry roads. Some will take you to Buzzard's Bay and others will show you the beauty of the Coastal Villages.
