  This villa was exactly as represented and the management company was attentive and so easy to work with. Great location! We loved sitting on the porch watching the golfers play through. The decor is really inviting, beachy chic. We rent on Kiawah frequently and will definately return to this property. This time we came for a wedding and the proximity to the Sanctuary and other wedding venues was excellent.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  Our family was in Kiawah for a family wedding, and we were thrilled with this Villa. We had family staying at the Sanctuary that came over to visit and all of them said "we should have stayed here!". Lots of room, great view of the 17th tee, easy walk to the beach, 2 minute walk to the Sanctuary. Decor/design was top notch, and the entire villa was impeccably clean. To top it off, really great customer service from Lindsey at ESPM. Couldn't have gone better, and we would not hesitate to come back, and highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Kiawah!

• Beautiful Condo

  We stayed at this condo for a week and loved it! The condo is beautifully situated on the 17th fairway of Turtle Point Golf Course. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed watching golfers from the large deck and it was a short walk to the beach. Our rental agent went well beyond the "call of duty" in making sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. We are definitely hoping to return in the future. This condo exceeded our expectations and we could not have been more satisfied.

  This was our first stay in a Turtle Point Villa and we were very please with the accomidations and view of the golf course. It was nice sitting on the porch and taking in the view while listening to the ocean. This unit has recently been refurbished and was in excellent condition. We found it conveniently located for all our activities. We most definitely will stay here again.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Beautiful property! We will definately return! Location was terrific! Pictures were very accurate! The property had everything we wanted for our vacation-decor was extremely nice! Very comfortable beds, linens, towels, great flat screens, stereo and nice deck! Kitchen had everything we needed. It is a very short walk or bike ride to Santuary. Tennis courts are also just a few minutes away. Beach access was also very close. The only issue that should be addressed is the property is in need of a deeper cleaning. The baseboard, closets, ceiling fans, windows and deck cleaning would really take this property over the top!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. Everything was new and clean, and the decor was very tasteful. I loved the tile, the granite counters and all of the furniture. The bathrooms were both beautifully decorated. The view of the golf course couldn't have been better. We spent a lot of time out on the deck. We've stayed in several places on Kiawah and we've never had a deck that was so large and nice. We loved the rocking chairs! The walk to the beach was a little farther that I had hoped. It's not bad if you're not carrying a lot, and it's a really short bike ride. We just had too much "stuff" with us! We loved being so close to Night Heron Park and the East Beach market. Overall, it was a really great place to stay, and I'd highly recommend it!

  This villa worked out great for a 2 couple weekend getaway. The location of the villa is perfect - close to the beach and the Sanctuary Hotel. The furnishings and decor of this villa are top notch. Everything appeared to be brand new. The linens, towels, and bedding were all new and of high quality and very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and with everything that we needed. One of best villas that we have rented at Kiawah and will certainly go back. Also, the property manager was very efficient and extremely easy to work with.
