  Place was clean and very fun and right by the beach. The place did advertise that we would have access to all amenities but we ONLY were able to access the pool since we book through the owners and not the hotel. Also it says it has a full kitchen and washing machine but we did not have a dishwasher and no laundry room. The laundry room was on the 4th and 8th floor and again we could not access it. overall it was a very fantastic experience and I would recommend the place but make sure to pack enough cloths and be prepared to wash your own dishes.

  We have stayed at the sister resort, just down the street. We were very pleased with our stay. There is a lot of room, very accessible to pools, elevator and beach. Vending machines just a few steps away and a place to put your trash (as it accumulates). Room is clean however the smell coming from the a/c unit was a little off. No big complaints. FYI* not much privacy on the balcony. Coffee pot, dinnerware, cookware, ziplocs, soap, and linens were SO helpful! GREAT VALUE considering the rate the resort is charging. Really liked parking lot being so close (no busy street to cross with two small children). Thanks so much for a great vacation.

  This was better than we expected. Why? We had plenty of room ! The master bedroom is very large, and the livingroom had 2 double beds both with confertable mattresses. Great privacy between the two rooms. No outside or inside nose heard between the rooms. The kids was able to stay up and watch T.V. and we could not hear it from the master. The resort was very entertaining, there was a show or live music, everynight on the front deck, we loved Elvis !!! and all the pools and hot tubs. We have always stayed on upper floors. But let me tell you it was great to never waite on a elevator. Here you can walk right out to all the fun, and still enjoy the view of the ocean and your family swimming in the pool right from your own personal deck. The owner was super easy to deal with. I got my deposit back 2 days after I came home. Most of all Thank you Jim for having Great, Great, not beat up non-stick cookwear. We have been to Myrtle Beach for vacation every summer for 12 years. I learned the 1st year to take my own cookwear. This year I am happy to say first time ever I did not have to unpack it. We left some sand toys, a beach matt, and a wave board in the master closet, for future renters who are lucky enough to get this property to enjoy .   The condo was great. It's so nice that it was on the ground floor as traveling with 2 under 2 can bring a lot of baggage. The balcony looked right out to the pool and ocean. The condo was clean, we loved that the bedroom was off at the front for the kids to nap. The kitchen saved us quite a bit of time and money by being able to prepare meals instead of eating out every meal. Our 2 y/old loved the kiddie water park, which is right outside the front door of the room. I will absolutely be staying here whenever we plan a beach trip!

  We were a bit nervous being the first renters through VRBO for this condo, but we shouldn't have been as we had a great experience. The condo is on the ground floor which made it super easy for us (family with 2 young kids) to access the awesome splash pad, heated outdoor pools and WARM indoor pool/hottubs. Everything within 30 feet (beach is an extra 10 feet :) ) of the condo and no waiting for elevators. We showed up, picked up our swipe keys, parking pass, information and coupon books from the front desk (same as if we had booked via the hotel...the place is a mix of condos and hotel rooms...essentially they are the same rooms, but the hotel owns some and condo owners own some others) and got set up in our condo. The place is a one bedroom condo on the ground floor with a kitchenette, living room (with murphy bed and sofa bed) and one bedroom with a king sized bed. Everything was clean as the hotel staff cleans the rooms just as if the condo was part of the hotel (the condo owner is billed for this). You can pay extra to have daily cleaning service also. To summarize - great hotel for kids...not super luxury, but clean and LOTS of fun things to do. Highly recommended. Essentially hotel like services for much cheaper than hotel prices. Also - owner was very easy to get a hold of and returned our deposit within a few days.
