  Lovely, elegant place, tastefully decorated, excellent facilities from modern kitchen, bathrooms, washer & dryer. Convenient, clean safe and quiet neighborhood (embassy area). Some great restaurants within 3 mins walk. The booking manager is professional, he provided clear instructions from booking to check-in. Highly recommend to families and those who appreciate good things in life.

  Perfect place to have a family thanksgiving and birthday. Very comfortable and everything you need. Quiet. Walking distance to grocery stores and metro and all shops desired. The area is safe and you can walk for fun to almost any embassy within blocks of the residence. The residence is exactly like the pictures. Very clean and very well maintained. We will return one day.

  Awesome property within easy walking distance of Dupont Circle metro. Great restaurants also within blocks. Never had any trouble getting a cab when we needed it. The unit is beautiful and is better than the pictures. Would definitely stay there again.

  We had a fantastic stay at this lovely townhome in THE BEST location for touring families in Washington, DC. Our family of 2 adults, a 14 year old, 12 year old, and 5 year old, had such a great stay here. It is located within easy access of all of Dupont Circle restaurants, shops, and the Metro station. We used the home as a base and daily took the Metro to all of our tourist destinations, coming home in the evening to put our feet up and watch TV in the comfortable living room and eat in the perfectly put together kitchen. Plus, I could do laundry daily, so no need to overpack. Paul helped us find a great running route for our daily excercise. I cannot recommend this unit highly enough. Wonderful!

  The best thing about this place was Cliff, the property manager, we had some unusual requests and he was very responsive and helpful.

  This is a beautiful property, that I can't recommend highly enough. It's exactly as it looks in the photos, actually if anything it's bigger in the flesh. There's so much room, that it was an absolutely pleasure to return to after a day soaking up the sights in the capital. Parking's not the easiest in the evening but a few times around the block and we could always find something. The embassy neighbourhood's really pretty, and it is just a 4 minute walk to the metro, or an easy 20 minutes to the White House. This is the first time i've booked something like, as I always stay in quality hotels, but fancied trying something different, and I'm so glad I did.

  My husband & I and another couple rented this beautiful townhouse apartment for three nights during the heat wave that covered the East coast at the end of June. The accommodations fit our needs perfectly. Since we arrived via car we brought a cooler with food & we also made a run to the nearby Trader Joe's for a few supplies. During our time in the city, we only ate one meal at a restaurant because the remainder of the time we took advantage of the nicely appointed kitchen (Viking stove, SubZero fridge, Bosch dishwasher). We felt like we truly were on vacation--enjoying the sights of the city but not standing in line/waiting at restaurants for a table. The apartment is a short 10 minute walk to the DuPont Circle Metro station and parking is available in the neighborhood with a temporary permit. The two bedrooms and baths have ample space. The fenced back patio area is private & is a nice place to relax after a day of sightseeing. I wish we could have used it more but the 100+ degree heat when we arrived back at the apartment had taken away our energy so we opted for naps inside instead. Because we needed the space for two couples, renting the apartment was a much better choice for us rather than staying in a hotel. I highly recommend this apartment if you are considering a larger space than what a hotel room can offer you.

  We stayed in this newly remodeled flat with all the comforts of home in one of D.C.s great neighborhoods, charming with swarms of people walking around the brightly colored and interestingly adorned row houses. The rental is a short few blocks away from DuPont Circle, Adams Morgan, and a little longer to the U street district. A very short distance via Metro to the monuments, museums, galleries and historical buildings around the Capitol and White House, and in fact my son and fiance walked to and from there more than once. My daughter and son-in-law are in tune with the neighborhoods restaurants, and we had delicious tapas at local places Boquadillo, and great meals at Mintwood and the Bar Pilar, and my son and fiance went to Bistro de Coin, one of my favorites for hearty French home style cooking. We also went to the Czech Bistro Boehm on Florida near U street. A nice change of pace, in honor of my son-in-laws heritage. Overall this was a very comfortable refuge from which to enjoy D.C., a great city.

  My wife and three of our dearest friends spent 5 days in this fabulous place. Comfortable, clean and decorated with such good taste. Add the great private patio area in the back and you have perfection. Not to mention, great coffee and food just a very short walk away.

  We arrived in late May and all the flowers in the neighborhood were in bloom and fragrant. We really enjoyed the proximity to the metro and the walk each morning. The house is very nice - has very lovely furniture, appliances and amenities. The neighborhood is very nice, so many beautiful houses and gardens nearby, so many restaurants within a few blocks. The basement bedrooms are very, very quiet even though the house is on a busy street/corner. We barely heard street noise when we were in the kitchen or living room areas. We really enjoyed our stay here.
