I joked it would be the best ever if they could get us snowed in up there. We are fried AZ desert dwellers and we actually saw snow June 9 & 10 enough to make it white!!!! What a treat! Had one small porblem - hot tub date was mixed up but it was prepared the very next morning quickly. The lady who is the manager was wonderful - very helpful. Cabun was furnished with everything you could want or need from great beds to thick towels and even hot tub towels. All the spices you could want and great cookware not cheap thrift store junk. We had a wonderful time and will tell everyone we know going that way to look this place up for rental. Thank you for a lovely cabin and great place to stay.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We just returned from a week's stay at this wonderful cabin. It was the perfect size for three generations to have all the privacy and family time we desired! We had great breakfasts in the well stocked kitchen (all the pots and pans and utensils you need). And we enjoyed many a hot tub with expansive views (especially loved that of Lone Peak). Others in our extended family stayed on the mountain, but we are glad we didn't---we loved the access to the Hungry Moose, the movie theater and Grizzly Outfitters. We skied, we sunned, we toured Bozeman and we had a blast in paradise. It was great coming "home" each day to this comfy cabin. We miss it already.Did you find this review helpful? We stayed here for four nights and we had a wonderful time. The cabin is exactly as it is described. The cabin is very large and spacious with a very nice kitchen. The garage came in handy more than once as it snowed a few times overnight, and we were able to park our car inside. We are very happy we stayed down in the meadow instead of up at Big Sky, just seems to be a lot quieter and more peaceful where this cabin is located, and it's only about 7 miles to the resort.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This cabin was perfect, better than we expected, the place was spacious and cozy. A short 10 minute walk from meadow village where there was restaurants, grocery store, and shuttle to the mountain. The mountain was only 10-15 minutes away by car. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing. Highly recommend this cabin if staying at Big Sky, you really get your moneys worth!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

Our stay at this cabin in Meadow Village (Big Sky) was very interesting. Some days we seen all four seasons in one day. There are alot of things to do without driving too far. There is fishing, hiking, shopping, site seeing, etc. We found shopping in West Yellowstone the best. There was plenty of things too see no matter where you drove to. The cabin has plenty of furnishings (food, soap, spices, flour, etc.) throughout. We bought our own stuff and replaced anything we used so it would be available for the next person. I did not like the fact that the key didn't work so the manager let us in. I would like to stay here again sometime.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Owner info
Year Purchased: 1992
About the owner: We are active outdoor people and use the cabin in both winter and summer. It has a lot to offer
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
Big Sky is not as commercial and busy as other resort areas. There are seldom any lift lines for skiing
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
We have done many of the things this area showcases: hiking, downhill skiing, XC skiing, horse back riding, rafting, golf, biking, fly fishing, going into Yellowstone, canoeing (a little risky on the Gallatin)
