  Did a girl trip (4 friends from HS), as we do every year. We always wanted to experience the Northfork on Long Island and this was a great place to do it. VERY affordable! There was great access to everything.(You need a car) We used the beach a lot, which is right down the hill, visited wineries which had music and wine tasting. We went to splish spash and had a blast. We had fantastic dinners out- our favorite was the Cooperidge Inn which is right down the road from the cottage. Visited Greenport, a really quaint village on the very tip of the Northfork. We shopped in the huge outlet center near by. And much more! A lot for a 5 day vacation. The cottage was sooo adorable and extremely comfortable. Had everything you could need. Had 2 barbecues, gas and charcoal. We cooked out on the outdoor deck when our friends came to visit, which was very roomy. We all agreed that we are going to return here next year! Highly recommend this for a fun girl trip.

  The place is great! Really enjoyed the vacation at Woodcliff Park Summer Cottages. It was one of our favorite vacations ever! My kids really enjoyed the beach, as we did also. The waves are not too big like the ocean and the water is very clean. We did something different everyday: Splish Splash Waterpark, Atlantis Aquarium, Greenport sight seeing, Tanger Outlet shopping, wineries, etc., etc. The Cottage was fantastic and could not have been nicer. We were so pleased with the accommodations. I would highly recommend this place!

  My husband and I were looking for a gettaway for our 10 year anniversary. Neither one of us wanted to bother with airports or long travel arrangements. To our surprise, never would we imagine that in our on backyards of eastern long island would we find these kind of accomodations of long island beaches, sunsets, surf casting (my husband) and lazy naps for me on the beach or in the cute house. The house we stayed in was in all blues and beachy blue greens. There was a supply of everything you would need, including barbeques and a lovely deck to relax on. What I liked also, was that the place was really clean, cute, and comfortable. The bathroom looked brand new (a pet peeve of mine when I go away). I plan on staying there in the fall also, to visit all the wineries and experience the fall out there with our best friends.

  Stayed for a week and it was really quite nice. Owners were great to deal with and the place was so comfortable, clean and really cute. We enjoyed the beach a lot and got to visit all of the places in the area. Everything was really close by. I highly recommend this place!

  My family stayed at Sunset Cottage for a week. The whole family had a wonderful time (2 kids under 8). There is soooo much to do in that area. The cottage itself is just adorable! Everything was super clean and neat and was decorated really nicely. After spending a week last year in Montauk, this was far superior in many ways. We were so pleasantly surprised. The accommodations were wonderful, the cost was low in comparison, and everything was a short drive away. The beach is a right down the hill a very short walk, and we watched beautiful sunsets from the deck. The area is very quiet and family orientated. I would definitely come back here! My husband agrees! And he is not easy to please! My only complaint is that I wish it had a dishwasher.
